Seattle, WA Sept. 7, 2022. The courts of Washington State are “As corrupt as any in the nation” according to national legal experts,” and a famous Ninth Circuit Lawyer this week is implementing “phase one” of his solution: the suspension of federal funding for the state court system.

A growing contingent of public interest lawyers and those who have been targeted by a rapidly unravelling criminal network, called a RICO, are preparing a series of nationally high-profile actions which call for the investigation and prosecution of those involved

Also note that Federal funding for those who are considered low income here in WA State has been denied which would actually prevent us from being able to receive access to justice which is our right to do so . This is something that must also be investigated as it is a major factor in my case as a targeted victim who the court system allowed bad actors to illegally steal an assortment of gift's and inheritances and or payouts from the death's of our loved one's , some of these death's which have cleverly been covered up and then we went into covid-19  where we became even more separated and isolated  from our families which is how they have been able to carry off these theft's and when they held  a"Kangaroo style court hearing"  where everyone involved in the thefts and gang stalking were bribed with money to tell lies while under oath in order to keep the poor stuck in poverty while also being bullied even in our living spaces and bedrooms where one should be able to expect privacy and where our mail should not be opened by others or intentionally stolen or re-routed so that we would never be able to receive notice of any legal  proceeding and they could then be able to conceal their crime and walk away with everything that was actually not even any of theirs to have access to in the first place  .

 The mistreatment of a disabled 61 year old is bad just as it is But when you then realize that these clowns are attempting to make themselves appear as if they are acting in response to a warranted authorization to then bring their abusive misconduct  directly to where I am ,or should be able to expect privacy yet can not even wipe my ass without these clowns invading and intruding in my space is why I will NEVER stop letting everyone know just how insane these "after-the-fact' agents of chaos have become   Using modern technology to invade my accounts to exploit me for gier own ill-gotten gain, where if it were anywhere else it could surely be classified as a Federal Hate Crime under Malicious Harassment and Witness Intimidation  - and met with a swift sentence to several years to life in prison yet there's no deterrent to make these bad agents fear that law enforcement will arrest them for coming here and doing the witchcraft aimed directly at me and aggressively and illegally recording me (without my consent ) and knowing that I have a copy- right notice that they intentionally breech each and every day ,due to being allowed to get away with it ,.That is up until now  Because now I'm taking back control of my life and the desperate deviants who illegally and intentionally recorded me with my life partner (whom they have also done manipulation spells and used mind control to make him side with all of them to come against me )   Notice ! THERE ARE PEOPLE THAT ARE PAID TO CLEAN THAT DO NOT CLEAN AT ALL , ALWAYS HAVE A CELL PHONE IN THEIR HAND RECORDING THE TENANTS WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT  OR ALWAYS TEXTING AND PLAYING VIDEO GAMES WITH THE STOLEN INTERNET CONFECTION OF A TENANT. CASE IN POINT -  I HAVE BEEN GANG STALKED AND MY MAIL HAS BEEN CONSTANTLY INTERCEPTED  BY MEMBER'S OF THE STAFF AND OTHERS WHO HAVE BEEN HELL-BENT ON PREVENTING ME FROM RECEIVING ANY OF MY LEGAL NOTICES FROM THE COURTS WHEN IT PERTAINS TO MONIES AND AN INHERITANCE THAT WAS LEFT TO ME - THIS PREVENTION IS BEING DONE TO CAUSE ME TO SUFFER A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP WHICH PREVENTS ME FROM BEING ABLE TO MOVE TO A SAFER MORE SOUND PLACE IN WHICH TO LIVE AND ENJOY MY SELF NOW THAT I AM IN MY ELDER YEARS -  

IT HAS BEEN A LIVING HELL , BEING SEEN AS A "PUNCHING -BAG" FOR THOSE WHO ARE TRYING TO USE ME TO IMPROVE THEIR OWN LIVES WHILE ALSO BEING ALLOWED TO COME TO WHERE I SHOULD BE ABLE TO FIND PEACE AND HEAL SO THAT MY HEALTH AND MY MENTAL STABILITY WOULD IMPROVE - YET INSTEAD THERE HAVE BEEN WITCH -COVEN MEMBERS WHO HAVE COLLECTIVELY COME TO DO VOODOO , GRAVEYARD SPELLS AND ANY OTHER NON- CONSENSUAL  AND ABUSIVE ACTION MEANT TO INTENTIONALLY CAUSE ME TO SUFFER HEALTH RELATED ISSUES > . Research finds that living in racially segregated neighborhoods is associated with shorter life expectancy and higher mortality rates for Black people.  THIS HAS ME COMPELLED TO INSIST THAT MORE BE DONE TO  CHANGE THE LAWS - TO MORE AGGRESSIVELY PROSECUTE THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN INTENTIONALLY CAUSING SOME "BLACK" PEOPLE  TO EXPERIENCE  A DECLINE IN THEIR HEALTH AND NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE THE SAME COMFORTS OF LIVING AS ANY OTHER person WHO IS NOT " BLACK"  

I HAVE BEEN VEXED BEYOND BELIEF WHILE RESIDING HERE IN MY  LOW-INCOME - APARTMENT COMPLEX .  THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THINGS TO TRY AND CAUSE MY DEATH , PREVENTED ME FROM BEING ABLE TO REST AND HEAL AND HAVE INTERFERED WITH MY SUPPORT TEAM BY HAVING MY EX -TURN HIS BACK SO THAT THEY CAN ISOLATE ME AND HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF NOT ONLY STEALING FROM ME BUT OF ALSO COMING INTO MY APARTMENT AT WILL AND POISONING  OUR FOOD ! THEY HAVE EVEN COLLABORATED  WITH THE FOOD DELIVERY APPS WHO HAVE ALSO BEEN ADDING TOXINS TO OUR FOOD - IT HAS BEEN SO EGREGIOUS AND NON-STOP THAT THE AMOUNT OF MALICE AND HATE CAN ACTUALLY BE FELT THROUGH THE WALLS AND FLOORS WHICH IS WHY I AM CALLING ALL OF THESE HATE CRIMES  AND DEMANDING THAT OUR POLICING AND LAW ENFORCEMENT TAKE THESE COVENS FOR THE DOMESTIC TERRORIST ORGANIZATIONS THAT THEY HAVE PROVEN TO ME THAT THEY TRULY ARE - I HAVE HAD THEM CHANT  SPELLS OVER MY HEAD WANTING ME TO KILL MYSELF - THEY HAVE ALSO DONE MULTIPLE  UNJUST ATTACKS  HOPING TO CAUSE MY ABILITY TO FIND LOVE TO BE BLOCKED  WHICH IS AN EXTREME FORM OF MENTAL ABUSE - THEY HAVE DONE SPELLS TO AFFECT MY LOOKS . MY CREATIVITY MY FINANCES AND HAVE ALSO BEEN DOING THESE THIS TO MY FAMILY MEMBERS SO THAT THEY TOO HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING JUST TO SURVIVE .  THIS IS SOMETHING THAT IS SO INTRUSIVE THAT I HAVE TO LET OTHERS KNOW EXACTLY JUST HOW TRAUMATIC IT HAS ALL BEEN AND FOR ME TO HAVE SURVIVED TO THIS POINT AFTER BEING TARGETED FOR 3 YEARS HERE IN SEATTLE AND ABOUT 3 YEARS  NORTH OF THE CITY . THEY HAVE EVEN ADDED MY SO CALLED FRIENDS TO JOIN IN THE  PLOT TO PUT AN END TO ME . This abusive misconduct surrounding the organized gang stalking - corp abuse , trauma, fraudulent illegal court,sexual abuse and coercion ,with the goal of having my life partner , family member's, friends or anyone that they could use who was associated with me to achieve the goal of embezzling my money or anything that was of value in my life including my stability mentally emotionally spiritually , financially , and to completely pervert the minds of my children and  my life partner who up until now I have believed that we were meant to be life partner's and live in peace - boy was I wrong !!

This has to be the most outrageous display of abuses against an innocent woman who had been under attack for a great deal of her life after most of the world had knowledge of my birthright- and my mission here on earth  (and of course  had - hidden from me)  

Where does one begin when one's world has been completely torn apart by those who had secretly been holding a grudge against my some since grade school , some since my birth , others just because of my ability to bring clarity and solutions to matters that others can waste years to figure out a solution and I when asked give the solution in minutes without effort as my coworker's and even my life partner jeered and spoke under -their breath " oh how I hate her- always winning always the one to get the best score  , how I'd love to just once see her walking down the street and drive through the big puddle right next to where she's walking just to get it all of tape so that me and the crew can have a real good laugh off of her downfalls , like we do and have done for so long that it's almost become second nature I guess , I don't really know what we'd actually ALL do if we didn't have Monica as our personal piñata-)

And the sad part is that I was aware of the fact that I was being gang stalked , but what I would have never fathomed is the magnitude of planning and plotting it took to devise such an insanely demonic and abusive scheme which was  not just mentally abusive but also sexually abusive and not just to me  but also to everyone who I have loved and anyone who they even thought that I might love - These monster's had to make sure that they had done so much damage that I was not supposed to still be alive and since that didn't pan out and now that there are investigators and federal agents actively involved in also looking at the unsurmountable damages that all of these illegal unwarranted invasions to a family who had already suffered after losing a Husband/Dad and then a home due to predatory lending which of course lead to losing my then minor children because I had no home in which to care for them and no way of knowing that there was a trust fund that was being hidden from me and my ability to have been able to have used those available funds specifically left for me to save my family and to save my home from the fraudsters that place profit over a families stability even after that family had proven that one of the parents was shown to be suffering with debilitating health issues that would limit her ability to work outside of her home - and also prove that the main bread winner of the family had passed away and the insurance that this family had been forced to purchase and also at least  buy1 other policy which  should have been able to have been applied to the mortgage  rendering the home paid in full in My name- with my family being able to  have avoided the  enormous heartache's , loss, depression, and a life that has been left in  shambles after the insurance that should have covered the home was never honored  and a family was made to suffer not just the loss of a husband and a loving father of 4 children but also all of the belongings and most of the sentimental  objects from the many memories that died the day that my late husband Al passed it was the beginning of  my journey through Hell - where even my trust of others would be shaken to the core and my love for myself would be what ultimately saves my life - 

I  will update this  true -life story of how an entire community came against me my family and especially the love of my life in an attempt to break us apart and prevent us from being seen as  community -leaders and (proven to be)  likeable by multiple races of people, which was when it became too damn personal and intrusive not to mention completely obsessive the audacity of a witch coven coming to where I reside so they can violate my right to privacy by illegally recording my every move and illegally record my every word in hopes of catching me as I would at times have to scream out for them to "PLEASE- stop aiming that (pulse forced weapon at my body ! that S#it hurts! ) which they would of course try and use against me trying to make their claim that I was not that friendly while omitting that they had also gained access to my mail and had actually opened it and then responded by going to a court proceeding pretending to be me where they lied under oath and after quite some time they were able to attain access to funds that where mine by making false claims about me being  incompetent and my inability to ? I don't know? write a blog on Google and maintain it for over 4 years ? is that competent or is the fact that they felt they would not be caught the actual incompetent part ? I'm confused ....

A note to the Agent's investigating this case - INFORMATION

 What makes people become so obsessed with trying to tear a person down simply because of their feelings or their  ego's , or perhaps due to jealousy , envy ,greed, or resentment - either way these are in no- way credible reason's to try and have some one taken out - due to multiple lies about things that I supposedly had done ? which I knew nothing about , these people organized to form a huge conspiracy of bad actor's to come against 1 (sometimes 2) innocent 60+ year old venerable "Black-female" during Covid -19 where they stalked me and managed to deprive me of my right's to relief by having my Federal Benefit's taken away for over 7 months without  really any reason except that they were all collectively trying to cause me to suffer a loss and a financial hardship for speaking out against all of these abusive action's which were being intentionally aimed at me, even causing me to fear leaving my apartment due to all of the over-aggressive actions by the same bad actors' who had stolen funds , caused all of the pain suffering and and intentional distress  upon me and now are having to finally face the music !

I have been lied to falsely accused ,abused and set-up to look as if I had done to all of them what they were actually doing to me - I was sexually exploited and they had a non-authorized hidden camera placed in my bedroom and also in my bathroom  all without my prior consent - when ever I would enquire about these camera's or even any of the other malicious harassments acting as if they were not aware that these actions were occurring even questioning why someone would want to stalk me saying that I was not doing anything important to even be considered important enough for anyone to WANT to waste their time stalking me , which is insulting considering the facts to this case which show an obsessive- need to try and control my every move and my ability to try and survive (during Covid-19 ) As a result I did end up in the hospital when I could no longer control my legs and other abilities due to being targeted within my -apartment in Snohomish County , where they found a tumor had formed on my spine I believe from the weapons that were being aimed at my spine from the neighbors who lived above and around us .  The attacks took on a much more aggressive nature after I relocated to King County and they began to target my looks , my face my teeth , my head and burned off the top  portion of my hair  from my head (I Even saved the hair that fell out in my hand )  They targeted my body and tried to affect my weight and did spells to affect my appeal so that other's would not see me as someone who they held in high esteem . The coven of witch's would regularly come to where I was now residing in king County to attempt to cause me to commit suicide by first violating my HIPPA rights and going through my charts and invading my privacy when I spoke to my therapist about a previous sexual assault . This crude group of witch's then thought that having me raped again would hopefully cause me to slip so far into despair that they arranged a gang rape to take place in my dream-state which is still just as real as in my awaken state as I can still feel the effects and my body showed bruises and other identifying marks of an unauthorized assault upon me . This happened at least 2 times and I feel that it was being done to intentionally do as much damage and intentional mental distress and  mental  anguish that it was meant to  cause hoping that it would lead to me committing suicide ! WHAT MONSTER'S WOULD DO THIS TO SOMEONE ? The same monster's who had plotted with my now ex- caregiver and who I had believed would become my husband as we had been living together prior to his sudden announcement that he would be moving from Snohomish county where we stayed together , to now moving to his own apt in King county and I was left to scramble and find an affordable place to move to . 

There was one female who was excessively more focused on causing me to suffer as this female wanted to (after stalking me and watching what I do )  she decided that she not only wanted to marry my Man but she also wanted to have me killed so that she could replace me in his  life and pretend to be me  collecting all of the inheritance and trust-fund money that had been withheld from me for over 40 years by the court system - who will claim that my housing insecurity was the reson why they had not been able to reach me and pay me the funds which became available to these frauds who stole it by pretending to me and he acting as my husband , yet he had not actually married me often telling me that he felt that he wanted to be single or telling me thay he felt that "I was not worthy of being his wife -yet he liked receiving all the benefits of being in a loving relationship as if we were working on moving towards a marriage - that is until the female (who claimed to be with enforcement ) told lies to him about me knowing that he'd be triggered to then cheat and give in to the temptation that she was constantly throwing at him hoping to get him to get me locked up so that she could gain access to all of my assets and then have him arrested so that she could clean us both out , doing all of this illegally and without any remorse feeling as if she was above the law - this female acted with EXTEME hatred and jealousy towards me  gaining access to my accounts and blocking my access to my now ex (that she was in fact probably already sexually involved with , yet if he and i were in fact considered married as he claimed then they would have a motive to try and keep me silent since I knew that they were both creeping around and later found out  just how deceptive, violent and obsessive  this fake woman who claimed to have more talent than me and that she would be a better mate for him  than me since they were both on the same page (evil- page )  etc - But was really more focused on getting at both of our finances and assets by claiming to have gotten pregnant by him (which was a lie -done to get him to marry her and forsake me ) This is a spiritual crime as she knew that we had been destined to go on a spiritual journey which included having a family together , so this pit-bull hooked on to him with her teeth and refused to let go even willing to hire several hit-men to try and kill me - this person brought witchcraft into my life against my free will so that she could "win at all cost" and now it's about to cost her everything even her freedom ....

NOW THIS LOW LIFE THIEVING CON ARTIST WOMAN HAS  ONCE AGAIN  BEEN USING HER JEZEBEL SELF TO COMMITT MORE SINS  SLEEPING WITH THE ATTORNEY IN THIS CASE TO GET HIM TO SUPPORT HER GREED AND TO HELP COVER UP HER CRIMES WHICH ARE NUMEROUS ! B.ISRAEL WAS MY NOT MY ACTUAL HUSBAND ON THE RECORD BUT HE HAD BEEN ACTING AS MY CAREGIVER - WHICH IS YET ANOTHER BREACH OF HIS DUTY DUE TO THE FACT THAT HE TOLD LIES TO COVER UP THE FACT THAT HE HAD BEEN INTENTIONALLY MISLEADING ME INTO BELIEVING THAT WE WOULD BE MARRIED IN THE VERY NEAR FUTURE , YET HE WAS TEMPTED BY THE LUST OF A CON -WOMAN WHO SEDUCED HIM INTO BECOMING SEXUALLY INVOLVED WITH HER BY TELLING HIM LIES ABOUT ME THAT CAUSED HIM TO BECOME ENRAGED AND FEEL JUSTIFIED IN DEFILING OUR COMMITMENTS TO ONE ANOTHER - IN SO DOING THIS FEMALE IS GUILTY OF INTENTIONALLY CAUSING THE DESTRUCTION OF A DIVINE UNION THAT THIS FEMALE KNEW GOOD AND WELL WAS IN FACT OUR DIVINE PREDESTINATION  FROM THE MOST HIGH - SHE WANTED TO INTERFERE AND SHOW ME DISREGARD AS SHE WANTED TO BE SEEN AS MORE WORTHY THAN I . SHE WAS ALSO HELL-BENT ON COVETING THE FUNDS AND GIFTS THAT WERE MEANT FOR ME TO HAVE A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE , YET THIS CRIMINAL  HAD A WHOLE COMMUNITY READY TO ASSAULT ME AND TO TRY AND SLANDER MY NAME AND TO INTERFERE WITH MY STABILITY -  THIS AMOUNTS TO A HATE CRIME UNDER TITLE 18 SEC 249 -

Financial crimes against me and my family

 These desperate domestic terrorists and malicious thieves who not only have now been found to have stolen from me through my

 inheritance my trust funds and numerous other ways  but they have also been found to have stolen from my children and stole money that was earned from my daughter who lives with me and during covid we were in financial despair  and at times had nothing to eat while they made false statements and filed frivolous claims to Federal agencies knowing that they were lies and not caring about the damages or even the waste of federal funds to investigate each fraudulent frivolous claim that this female with zero self control and even less respect for a woman's privacy sought to intentionally due as a chaos agent  . this has now reached all time  low with the admission of the financial distributions  from our financial banks into their own and also the physical and brutal attacks that they regularly inflicted upon myself and my adult daughter who is my caregiver and the only one who has been responsible and credible enough to be able to manage my accounts  - also He has never paid me any support for anything no food ,no bills ,no rent ,nothing just taking and then spending it on other females who have been so engaged In viscously stalking me and my daughter with the e illegal use of hidden cameras and listening  to everything that we discuss thinking I guess that what they could hear or illegally record could be admissible when in fact it would not be at all but feeling as if it would be sbd that it would also somehow be enough to make the courts /jury feel some kinda -way and basically rule that they were acting in good faith while they opened my mail  stole my ID impersonated me forged my signature after making fake  claims of my incompetence and other medical issues that are actually determined to be part of my ADA disabling issues that are now being exploited and shared on the dark web along with naked pictures of me and also making fake profiles and sending text messages emails and IM to completely unknown individuals in my name in an attempt to defame my good character and be able to take from me as an elderly  legal heir of an estate left to me  and instead receive themselves funds that were never even meant for any of them so they decided to make up a false narrative of my life as if I were truly in the same dark deceitful energy as all of the paid witnesses who perjured themselves to collect ill-gotten gain from a disabled fully competent black - woman who just happens to be an investigative journalist ,a motivator and an innovative genius and healer to name just a few positive attributes but one thing that I am not is Incompetent lazy or a woman who  has multiple partners- which they knew was a lie before it was maliciously spread when they   had  prior informed my ex that if he wanted to get ahead in life he'd have to turn his back on me first and then secretly marry or commit to someone who they agreed on for him someone who frankly  should never have even been in my kings  good energy  . Note the coven has been relentless at coming to target me for sacrifice and  death knowing that I was an earth angel and that I was also held in high honor but they were all together in trying to intentionally smear my good name at times calling me out of my  name and doing spells to  affect my looks my health my mental stability my kice life my success my heart my legs back etc they tried to completely tear me apart they have aggressively and knowingly tried to interfere with a divinely guided  union between two people of the same race while telling him that I was not a good choice for their community values, but they were more than happy to work together to lie cheat and  embezzle my funds my gifts and even the little bit of additional assistance that was actually my adult daughters But had absolutely nothing to do with my ex or his new side chick / Bonnie to his Clyde  they did all of this to  us  out of their pure  hatred envy jealousy Greed and revenge !  You're now just busted and discussed and this  is the only song they are able to sing these days,  "jailhouse Rock"
