Elder Financial fraud at the hands of the able-bodied thieves . and those who should have known better ....

 I  am a 60 year old vunerable - "Black-woman" who has several debilitating issues  that have hindered my life . I have come to realize that there has been a consorted effort by those whom I may have thought of as friends , (who were NOT friends at all) who have had access to my birth-charts and other items that they used to form an opinion of hatred towards me simply due to their -prior knowledge of my life path and perhaps my spiritual mission which was given to me by the most High God - and what the most high God has for me is in fact MINE and so it would seem almost insane that anyone of these so called former friends family or loved one's would be completely out- of their minds to actually believe that they could interrupt impede upon or completely attempt to impersonate me and steal what the most high God had given to me as - my birthright / life path -  YET that's exactly what they have done ! THEY STOLE AN INHERITANCE THAT WAS LEFT FOR ME - THEN FORGED MY SIGNATURE - CONDUCTED A "KANGAROO- STYLE - COURT- WHICH WAS ONE-SIDED AND EVEN THOUGH THERE WAS A BAD ACTOR IMPERSONATING ME - I WAS ACTUALLY COMPLETELY LEFT OUT OF THE JUDISTRIAL SYSTEM AND IN FCT THEY HAD ALL PLOTTED TO COLLECTIVELY MANIPULATE THE COURTS TO RULE IN THEIR FAVOR AND ATTEMPT TO STEAL FUNDS , SAFE DEPOSIT BOX /KEYS JEWELRY , A HOME , A CAR ETC THAT THEY ALL SHOULD HAVE KNOW WAS ILLEGAL FOR ALL OF THEM TO BE DOING , YET THIS FACT DID NOT HINDER THEIR GREED NOR DID IT MAKE THEM FEEL AS IF THEY HAD ANY REASON TO FEEL AS IF THEY WOULD EVER BE EXPOSED FOR THE CRIMES OF FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION FRAUD ,FORGERY , CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT A CRIME , ELDER ABUSE , STALKING  FALSE IMPERSONATION  AND THE LIST GOES ON AND ON ...... 

YOU SEE , I HAVE BEEN THE INTENTIONAL TARGET OF A RECKLESS MANIACAL GAME OF "LET'S LIE CHEAT AND STEAL - FUNDS THAT WE KNOW ARE NOT EVEN OURS- AND THEN ACT AS IF WE DIDN'T DO IT "  

THESE GANG STALKERS HAVE BEEN DOING SO MUCH HARM , AND I DON'T  MEAN JUST A LITTLE  BIT OF SUFFERING , I AM TALKING ABOUT NON-STOP TORTURE , ABUSE , SHAMING , BLAMING , GAS-LIGHTING, FALSELY ACCUSING ME OF THIS OR THAT AND EVEN INFIDELITY THAT LEAD TO ALL OF THESE CRIMES BY MY FORMER LIFE PARTNER , WHEN HE HOOKED UP WITH A GOLD-DIGGER WHO COMPLETELY  TOOK FOR GRANTED THAT SHE DESERVED EVERYTHING THAT SHE CLAIMED I HAD LEFT FOR HER OR THAT I DID NOT DESERVE OR IN HER THOUGHT'S I  HAD NOT RIGHTFULLY EARNED .  I HAVE NEVER IN MY 60  YEARS HERE ON EARTH BEEN SO AGGRESSIVELY -HARASSED ABUSED BULLIED AND SEXUALLY VIOLATED AT THE HANDS OF THOSE WHO QUITE FRANKLY HAD A DUTY OF CARE TO PROTECT ME FROM YET THEY ALL  COLLUDED  AND CONSPIRED AGAINST ME TO  COMMIT ALL OF THESE ILLEGAL ACTIONS FOR THEIR OWN ILL-GOTTEN GAIN - 

I AM NOW MORE DETERMINED THAN EVER TO MAKE IT MY GOAL TO SEE THAT THEY ARE ALL HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ALL OF THE DAMAGES AND LOSSES THAT I WAS MADE TO DEAL WITH , BECAUSE THEY HAD COVETED GIFTS THAT WERE NOT THEIRS BUT WERE IN FACT MEANT FOR ME TO HAVE A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE . 

 AND SO NOW AS I LAY IN WHAT SHOULD BE THE PRIVACY OF MY OWN BED-I AM STILL AFTER 4 YEARS STILL BEING MISTREATED AND DENIED MY RIGHT  TO BE LEFT ALONE . THE SAME RIGHT THAT IF I HAD DONE TO ALL OF THEM AS THEY HAVE ALL DONE TO ME , THEY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO SURVIVE FOR MORE THAN 24 HOURS ,AND HERE I AM STILL HERE AFTER HAVING MY BODY PHYSICALLY ATTACKED BY WEAPONS THAT THEY BROUGHT TO AIM AT MY BODY AND TEAR IT DOWN , THEY USED A COVEN TO ALLOW MULTIPLE PRACTITIONERS  WHO WERE EXTREMELY FOUL , RUDE OBNOXIOUS AND AGGRESSIVELY ADAMANT ABOUT COMING TO WHERE I LIVE TO KILL ME , SO THAT THEY TOO COULD ESCAPE THE WRATH THAT THEY WOULD FACE SHOULD ANYONE KNOW OF THE THEFTS THAT THEY HAD ALL ILLEGALLY BEEN PROFITING OFF OF .  

I AM LIVING PROOF THAT THE WILL OF A WOMAN WHO HAS BEEN ABANDONED BY HER FAMILY FRIENDS LOVED ONE'S AND OTHERS - TO SURVIVE SIMPLY BECAUSE I COULD NOT DIE AND ALLOW ALL OF THESE ILLEGAL ACTIONS TO BE BURIED AND  BECOME ACCEPTABLE AS THE PROPER MANNER IN WHICH WE TREAT THOSE WHO ARE VENERABLE PEOPLE IN OUR LIVES AND IN OUR COMMUNITIES , THE ONE'S WHO WE SHOULD ALL BE PROTECTING DIRECTING AND SHOWING AFFECTION  TO, YET SOMEHOW WE HAVE GONE WAY OFF TRACK AND FORGOT TO CORRECT THE WRONGS IN EXCHANGE FOR THE MISGUIDED BELIEF THAT THE CRIMES WOULD GO UN-EXPOSED AND THAT THEY WOULD SOMEHOW BE ABLE TO BURY THEM AS IF THEY HAD NEVER OCCURRED, THAT  THE GANG -STALKING AND INTERNET TROLLING THAT HAD BECOME A NORMAL PART OF THE LIVES OF THOSE WHO NOW BULLY THE ELDERLY FOR THEIR OWN PERSONAL PROFIT - ON A DAILEY BASES , WAS THE NEW "NORMAL"  AND I AM HERE TO LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT THIS WILL NEVER BE SEEN AS "THE NEW NORMAL" BECAUSE THEY ARE ANIMALISTIC ILLICIT FRAUDULENT ABUSIVE VILE MALICIOUS ACTS THAT HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT BY THOSE WHO SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER .....

The expanded Washington statute reads: “No slayer or abuser shall in any way acquire any property or receive any benefit as the result of the death of the decedent” (Ref. 8). Language in the Revised Code of Washington 11.84.900 states that the slayer and abuser statute is to be “construed broadly” so that “no person shall . . . profit by his or her wrong.”10 The definition of decedent is also broad, in that it includes anyone who “at any time during life in which he or she was a vulnerable adult, was the victim of financial exploitation by an abuser.”11 Consistent with this, the definition of “abuser” is “any person who participates, either as a principal or an accessory before the fact, in the willful and unlawful financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult.”12
In Washington, the definition of abuser in this portion of the statutory code is limited to financial abuse of a vulnerable adult;
