 There are some matters' that YOU just don't get involved in . One of those matter's is trying to get with  the man of a friend or trying to sneak around with a man who you knew before you snuck around was already in a marriage  regardless of how you felt about his Wife , it was not appropriate for you to have interfered in anyone's personal love life - But since you did , now you too will become the subject matter for other's to investigate and for others' to snoop into all of your personal non public business and make all of that business public. But wait there's more because you would then have your cell phone communication taken over and so you'd not be able to communicate with the person who you were involved with before of course everyone became obsessed with your personal business and decided to make it their own business ... cuz that just the way it is , right ? And 

Please stop taking advice from a woman about another woman because one thing that seems to be a popular way of seeing things is to tell a man the wrong advice while acting as if you are concerned with him or as if there is something wrong with the female that you are intentionally telling him bad advice about , because if in fact you were being completely honest , you should have said  " I really am not the best person to seek advice about your partner - because I am jealous of her and so if I say anything it would be coming from a negative envious point of view and that point of view is something that a man should never take as sound advice " that's what you'd actually say if you were a true friend.  

But what you won't tell him is that since day one you have been spreading lies and making yourself look like a "whoa is Me "  damsel in distress when in truth you were the culprit that we all  needed to be protected from - You were the person doing dark magic aka Witchcraft - while you lied and claimed that I had been doing it to you - You even went to the whole congregation and told even more lies of you being "scared" and needing protection when in truth it was Me who was under attack from all of your illicit lies scams and false reports - 

Also one thing that was quite clear after going through all of this BS for so many years - is that you had been on a crash course to try and interrupt, interfere , tear apart , or breakup what you saw was a  perfect love between two people and you could not stand that so you did what turns out to be your only true skill which was to tell lies - not just 1 lil white lies but a whole tent full of lies and you lead my man to believe that you were telling the truth when in fact you were just so desperate to be held in the light that you saw I had - and so you lost your damn mind and you went out and started to speak on things that you should never have been speaking about and now you are  held in judgment for the intentional lies and the intentional deceit and abuse of a situation because you were able to lie to my man and isolate us away from each other in your attempt to cleverly weave your way into his life and tried to erase me out of  his life - because you two went to an all time low when you got him caught up in trying to belittle me and defame me to protect you when in fact you were not honest enough to tell him the truth , that I had not done anything to get you to act the way that you did - because you were actually just a bitter bitch who wanted to use the fact that she was already plotting on how to become the center of his attention  so you started telling nothing but lies and you still are !  

note to my now EX - You have got to stop believing these so called female friends who are misleading you AWAY from me when you are meant to actually be with me , as we are in fact in the end of days  and they are trying to get you to lose a 1 in a million chance to ascend into the next life time in which all people are not meant to go - so if I were you I would really cut ties with each and every female and even some of your homeboys as well because if they are pushing you to stay away from me then they are in the devils court and it will not end well for any of you ! 

I was here to help you not to hurt you - they all knew this and were hellbent on trying to act as if they were trying  to help you when in fact they were not even supposed to be in our energy - and btw I know about the initiation.... which in and of it's self was a huge violation of your free will and your religious rights as it goes completely against everything that the Bible says - because they do not respect the MH but worship the devil and they are not into being faithful but support having open marriages and multiple partners and they will do witchcraft to get anything to go in their favor while doing spells against anyone who they deem as actually having it going on , but they will lie to make that person seem as if they deserve to be punished so that the liar can then take you for everything that you had worked so hard to aquire - plus do not forget if you have been doing as she has told you to do you will not be able to make it to God's kingdom  because of the way that this person had you doing things to me !  for real I have no reason to tell you any lies -  But I DO  PRAY FOR YOU TO FINALLY WAKE UP OPEN YOUR EYE'S AND BREAK THE GENERATIONAL TIES AND THE SINS THAT YOU HAVE BEEN INVOLVED WITH DOING ! Energy Weapons on US Citizens ?

 Do they allow the US Gov or US agencies or Military to randomly use weapons to aim at tenants in their own beds and bedrooms ? Because I'm sure that I have had a weapon used Against me numerous times too many times to count ,and I am here to let others know that it is something that should never happen to anyone - But in my Particular case they intentionally held a fake kangaroo court  and they all lied under oath in an organized attempt to  criminalize me and paint me in a false light ,as if I were one of them ! And I doubt that I even know most of these paid witnesses  however they all have been making. Living off of my pain and suffering and my financial hardship is putting money in their own pockets and it's all Considered financial Embezzlement of an elderly woman who by the way is very competent and can manage her own funds quite well - These bad actors were allowed to present a fake case of impersonating me and associating themselves to me ,as if they all knew me ,heck I have heard that some of them went to school with me but that was over 40+ years ago when I was a child  but now that I am a Grown intelligent woman I do not have any need to act as a child . Yet the lies  that were told wanted to paint a picture if a person who never even existed in the first place - All willfully done to commit  Inheritance Theft and a multitude of other financial crimes and invasions of my right to due process not to mention my human dignity as they have been aggressively using weapons and witchcraft on me to cover up the other crimes and to hide the money they have received  from working to make my life partner turn away from me by mind manipulation and then the female who has attached her self to my man and is insanely obsessed with blocking our communications and our devine destiny because of jealousy ,envy ,greed , or because of her hatred of me   a woman who has always loved others and has done good but was born in to a royal bloodline and  this is another reason for the stalking and violations of my  human dignity to the point where this crazy obsessive low life is Still hovering over my danb head as I type this blog post as if they're my warden !!! And there is a cover up of a murder that they are also trying to hide because they have been stealing people insurance payouts acting as the beneficiary - I have yet to receive even one penny  and these monsters are still acting as if they are the legal authorities yet there are violating me at will and have tried to ruin all of my right to be gainfully employed or to receive credit for my own reporting  or tips that they too hovered over my head and reported that it was incorrect or lacked this is that but in doing so it clearly proved that they were the stalker that was stalking me , abusing me and also trying to be me and take my place and hook up with my Husband  ! This is some suck stuff here !

If that role wasn't "all that " you were willing to lie kill and steal to impersonate ? And you also have been living a life that you have not worked to achieve but rather you have been stalking my every single move in an attempt to paint me in a false light because you want to block my success and hope to be seen as a woman of God ? Huh but I know that you are not even close to that because I am the one who you claimed was not a real woman of God and then you told lies to my man so you could gain access to me and steal my reports and my files and act like you were in the same line of work as me and also Shane my work while trying to boast about your own but you stole my work and did witchcraft over me so that I would be trying to stay safe and protected and you acted as if you were praying for me and you were actually preying on me  . You are so disrespectful desperate and delusional for all of the crimes sins and abuses that you have intentionally done to me ! Almost all the things that you say are lies and you fake deaths to not be held responsible for the thefts  and the crimes that you committed !  You also took out an insurance policy in my name and declared that I had passed away and even had a memorial service where you read eulogies as if you were my friend ! Organized gang stalking -By a bunch of Bullies who felt that they could come and abuse me , use me , exploit me, use me for their own entertainment , tell lies about me ,saying things that  they knew were lies yet they said them anyway . Denying the fact that all of these unwarranted attacks were in fact due to the fact that they were trying to kill me so that they could live my destiny and steal my work as if it was their work . These ruthless demonic idiot's who were sex-demons and were obsessed with sexually harassing , sexually exploiting me and exploiting my privacy as well as my dignity as a Devine feminine. while completely disrespecting me in every way possible , attacking all of my civil rights and my right to be left alone so I could heal - doing spells non-stop to try and cause my death (over 100+ failed attempts)  selling me to a research team as if I were some type of product  or commodity . Treating me as if they were held in a higher level of respect than I am . Using me as if I were their slave - refusing to cease all of this abusive misconduct and thinking that they could just post up over my bedroom and do their witchcraft , while lying to others claiming that I had done it to them - They have called and made numerous false claims to agencies and corporations in an attempt to try and get me arrested for things that I was NOT even doing - racially profiling me while I was in my own apartment and stalking me non-stop including while I bathed and used the toilet- this duo went to a  Dr. appt and used my ID pretending to be me and placing their own sexually transmitted illness in my file as if I was the one who had it , when in fact I did not and still do not have any illness - They have opened bank accounts and forged my signature - opened my mail and bribed others to assist them with blocking my access to information pertaining to a court case in which they were committing fraud and acquiring   funds , a home , an automobile , safe deposit box jewelry, land , etc that was actually meant to go to me while they lied and claimed that I was not competent enough and that I could not manage my own affairs , yet I am the one who they have been stealing work from for over 2-3 years and they have been making a profit off of me as if I were their own personal slave . They have also attempted to shame me online while sexually exploiting  me and then had the nerve to talk shit about me online claiming that I was doing to them what they knew they were actually doing to me - I have suffered mental anguish as well as physical damages and losses so enormous that the courts will have to hear all of the complaints in there complete nature of events in order for all of the multitude of intentional malicious acts can be quantified and assessed properly because they were all done with extreme Malice and willful intent to cause me harm , shame embarrassment, losses, grief , and emotional distress . I have never in my almost 62 years been so aggressively and maliciously targeted abused  bullied and violated - I consider these all acts of War as they were done to intentionally do as much damage as they could possibly do all because they were insanely jealous envious and greedy feeling that their arrogance and gradious  self- righteous self loathing - lazy coveting selves should be given each and every thing that I had actually worked hard to aquire and had earned while they had done nothing but plot to take steal and lie about these things being theirs simply because they had been having sex together while lying to the congregation and claiming that they were so Godly !  and last time I checked their acts actually violated almost all of the 10 commandments yet they were such fake's as they would point out what they were actually doing and then claim that I was doing these crimes and sins to them . for and on the record I have never done any witchcraft against this group of domestic terrorists, I have never stolen anything from them nor have I ever made any false claims against them to corporations or law enforcement local, state or Federal as they have done to me - I was blocked from being able to participate in the PPP Program during Covid and my name was placed on a Government watch list and also on a "do not pay list" my social security disability and survivor benefits were illegally ceased for more than 7 months during covid - I was  forced to live while being under attack by these terrorists who were using weapons  meant to cause me severe damages to my body and my head - as a result I developed a tumor on my spine which had to be removed during a 9 hour surgery that I barely survived as they had intentionally and purposely made an agreement  for me to be over-medicated so that I would not survive the long and painful ordeal I ended up in the ICU for a week following these unlawful acts . I have been made to appear as if I was not a upstanding member of society simply because of their own lust greed hatred  and envy for everything Good that they knew I  was gifted with and instead thought that they could somehow swap out of me and place within a person who lacked even the basic knowledge of what it takes to carry such a position as the one that they felt they could steal and bully me into giving up in exchange for the role of a  common   street/sex-worker as she in fact was/is

and When a man thinks that he can use his ability to charm others and also influence their opinion of others , it creates a problem for those who perhaps , this man has done wrong . 

With that being said , I myself have been placed in a position where a man that I considered my life partner actually intentionally went behind my back and agreed to partner with those who had decided to come against me and used the negative opinions of this man to basically cast a false light on my  good character -  saying a number of nasty untrue things about me which were really things that had the person who he had agreed to partner with had said them , perhaps it would have immediately raised a red flag. But since the man that I considered my life partner was a man who was the same race as me , it made it look as if he were telling the truth . 

However what everyone did not realize is that this man had a motive to his actions as he was hiding the true fact and motive to his deceitful and vengeful actions .

 You see the man who I had shared more than 20+ years with and had completely given him way more of my goodness than he really deserved - And when I say "Goodness" I mean I was giving him all of the favors that a husband should be able to expect from his wife , except in this relationship he never actually did what a man and wife do when they come together and cohabitate - There was no marriage - of course there were promises of what we would eventually do , and I would often remind him that I felt as if we had been living a lie considering the fact that he was always at least in public and online ,presenting himself as such a "man of God" when in truth behind closed doors he was not . 

Let me give you a bit of why I can make this statement . I was married prior to meeting this man in fact my late husband who was a man of God - was the complete opposite of this man that I am writing this article about . My late husband was a man who held me in honor when I was in his presence and also when he was out in public , he would defend my good name and dare anyone to try and cause me any harm . 

Now when it comes to the man who I met after my late husband had passed away , he was different with his way in which he treated me and also the way in which he acted when I was not around and he was interacting with others . 

You see I was never really a person who was all about being seen as a trophy wife even though my first husband considered me his trophy and I was his wife . The man who later met following his death never treated me as much of a gift at all and I would often wonder what he saw in me , considering the fact that when I would happen to accompany him to public events I would notice his attraction to other women even in my presence . And if I would bring this to his attention it would start a whole lot of berating comments of 'me being jealous" or "insecure" and he would often make me appear as if I had not seen what I had actually seen , so I began to question my own intuition (which I am now aware of and will never again allow what I see  with my own eyes to become a question of my  being somehow jealous or insecure ) because as I have come to know this is how a man who wants to have his cake and also eat it too will choose to respond when he is actually caught behaving in what he sees is his right to act as a much sought after man or as he might say an ALPHA MALE - One who knows that he can have any female that he wants - and in my case he would often remind me that he "never wanted to end up with a  disabled -widow with 4 children" and yet here we were in a long-term relationship where I felt that we were in love and building a life together right ? But what I did not know is that this man had another side to him . It was a side where if he felt like there was someone who he could invest in and who showed him more attention than I was showing him he might just recklessly act upon his own feelings .

And unfortunately in my case this is exactly what I ended up discovering he had done behind my back , even though for many years he denied and claimed that I was insecure etc .... 

But what made his actions towards me even more incomprehensible is that he didn't just do things that would cause me to feel pain and heartache , but he worked with an entire community to come against me and make false statements about me to others behind my back in an attempt I guess to justify his unfaithful act against our relationship . But it goes a lot deeper than that because he partnered with friends of mine and family members and people in the community who for whatever reason all had a motive for trying to intentionally conspire to make me into some type of woman who should be seen as non-worthy of respect or non-worthy of not being preyed upon sexually mentally emotionally etc and as it turns out it had to so with his own inferiority complex after being made aware of the so called "royal-bloodline" that in fact I was a part of . I am not sure if he felt that he did not measure up ? because It would not have made any difference in the way in which I loved this man , as I was SO  in love with this man that I realize I had been overlooking the red-flags that had been waving in my face for many years . 

long story short .... I am now a single woman who has had to try and heal and find myself after being completely betrayed by a man who still has not had the integrity to even tell me the truth as to the woman who he (secretly behind my back  had offered his hand in marriage to)  and instead he allowed her as well as others play games with my life to the point of creating a completely false narrative about my good character making me appear as if I were the side-piece who had come between his relationship when in truth it was his desire to act on his lust and his feeling that someone had better looks or  was in a better financial  position and there for was a better investment perhaps? which even though it was a huge betrayal , if he had been honest with me when I first got wind of something going on, which he denied because he felt he had covered it up well enough , but if he had just been able to be honest with me it would never have gotten to the circus that it eventually evolved in to . And perhaps he was insecure about telling me because in his heart he knew that what he had in fact intentionally done due to his ego and maybe to get out of a financial pinch perhaps ? I do not know because he has never been man enough to come to me and explain anything choosing instead to partake in an enormous smear campaign and what I found to be the most disturbing is that the person who he created a fake life with was in fact the person who had been secretly stalking my work and everything that I was involved in , even attempting to impersonate me in public and claim funds that were not his or hers but were actually mine , so they decided to slander my good name and spread lie after lie in an attempt to justify their fornication/ adultery and intentional betrayal of the same person whom they were living off of , which was me. 

So as this case is being exposed to everyone who were  being told false information about what he and his "investment" had actually been committing and profiting from at my cost.

I would have to ask him if she was really the great of an investment considering that he had used funds that were mine to give her a better life , while I left to fend for myself and yet in the end I was able to bounce back even better than he had left me and thanks to my faith in God and my stubborn work-ethic he will see that he made probably the WORST choice any man could ever have made -

Whistleblower disclosures  can save lives as well as billions of taxpayer dollars. They play a critical role in keeping our Government honest, efficient, and accountable. Recognizing that whistleblowers root out waste, fraud, and abuse and protect public health and safety, Federal laws strongly encourage employees to disclose wrongdoing. Federal laws also protect whistleblowers from retaliation. Pursuant to the Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act of 2012, the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General, established a Whistleblower Ombudsman in the OIG to educate Department employees about prohibitions on retaliation for whistleblowing, as well as employees' rights and remedies if anyone retaliates against them for making a protected disclosure (i.e., "Whistleblowing"). PHILADELPHIA — United States Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero announced that Ari Tietolman of Montréal, Canada, was sentenced to 10 years in prison, three years of supervised release, $7,042.898.22 in restitution, and a $700 special assessment by United States District Judge Gerald A. McHugh, all arising from Tietolman’s operation of a massive scheme from Canada that targeted American senior citizens with deceptive telemarketing calls for nearly a decade.

Tietolman was charged in 2017 by superseding indictment with three counts of wire fraud and four counts of money laundering. He was extradited from Canada to the United States in 2023 and pleaded guilty to all seven counts against him in January of this year.

From 2005 to 2014, Tietolman directed his fraud scheme from Montréal, Canada. In this scheme, Tietolman’s network of telemarketers sold worthless or non-existent services and then debited the victims’ bank accounts without their informed consent. Through this scheme, Tietolman and his co-schemers, including codefendants Marc Roy Ferry and Adam Harper, took millions of dollars from tens of thousands of senior citizens in the United States.

Tietolman created a number of fraudulent companies that sold purported fraud protection services, a purported prescription drug discount card, and a purported discounted legal service. The products and services offered by the fraudulent companies were worthless or non-existent.

After Tietolman obtained names and telephone numbers of elderly Americans, he and Harper hired and instructed telemarketers to call these elderly Americans to sell the worthless or non-existent products and services offered by the fraud companies. Most of Tietolman’s telemarketers were based in “boiler rooms” in and around Montréal. In addition, there was at least one “boiler room” in India. Tietolman and Harper called these rooms “fulfillment rooms.”

During their calls, Tietolman’s telemarketers made various misrepresentations, such as stating that they were calling on behalf of, or were affiliated with, the victim’s bank, the victim’s insurance company, or the United States government. In addition, Tietolman’s telemarketers often misled the consumers about the need for these products and services.

In addition to misrepresenting the value of the products being marketed, Tietolman’s telemarketers also misrepresented the cost of these products, sometimes telling consumers the products were free, or less expensive than the amount that was ultimately debited from the consumers’ bank accounts. In other instances, the telemarketers assured consumers they would not debit the consumers’ bank accounts and then did just that after the consumer provided their bank account information.

As part of his fraud, Tietolman took extensive efforts to conceal his involvement, using front companies, nominees, remotely created checks (“RCCs”), and structured deposits. Furthermore, when the fraud was detected but before a bank account was closed, Tietolman would sometimes instruct his co-schemer Ferry to “hammer” the account, that is, deposit as many checks as possible before the account was closed. Finally, knowing that banks would close accounts used to facilitate fraud, Tietolman caused his co-schemers to open accounts at several banks in the United States simultaneously, to make sure that the scheme kept running even when one or more accounts were frozen or closed.

Codefendants Marc Roy Ferry and Adam Harper previously entered their guilty pleas in the case and are also awaiting sentencing. Both Ferry and Harper have been released on bail conditions.

“Ari Tietolman directed an almost decade-long scheme that scammed seniors out of millions of their hard-earned dollars,” said U.S. Attorney Romero. “Specifically targeting the elderly because you consider them easy prey is deplorable. My office and our partners at the FBI and IRS-CI are determined to hold criminals like Tietolman accountable and protect older folks from these callous crooks seeking to take advantage of them.”

“For nearly a decade, Ari Tietolman scammed senior citizens across the country out of their life’s savings, even stooping so low as to sell his victims purported services that would protect them from fraud,” said Wayne A. Jacobs, Special Agent in Charge of FBI Philadelphia. “As this sentencing shows, we at the FBI and our partners at the U.S. Attorney’s Office and IRS Criminal Investigation will pursue justice no matter where or when federal crimes occur.”

The case was investigated the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation (IRS CI) and by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorneys Vineet Gauri and Eric D. Gill. The Justice Department’s Office of International Affairs worked with law enforcement partners in Canada to secure the arrest and extradition of Tietolman to the United States.

CI is the criminal investigative arm of the IRS, responsible for conducting financial crime investigations, including tax fraud, narcotics trafficking, money-laundering, public corruption, healthcare fraud, identity theft and more. CI special agents are the only federal law enforcement agents with investigative jurisdiction over violations of the Internal Revenue Code, obtaining a more than a 90 percent federal conviction rate. The agency has 20 field offices located across the U.S. and 12 attaché posts abroad.

False and Fraudulent Claims

The OIG may seek a CMP or exclusion against individuals or entities that present claims to Federal health care programs that the individual or entity knows or should know are for an item or service that was not provided as claimed or is false or fraudulent. For example, the OIG may seek a CMP or exclusion against an individual or entity who makes claims for a service that is not actually provided, is provided but is already covered under another claim, is not properly coded, or is not supported by the medical record.

Grants, Contracts, and Other Agreements

The OIG may impose CMPs, assessments, and exclusions against individuals and entities that engage in fraud and other improper conduct related to HHS grants, contracts, and other agreements. The OIG may impose sanctions for, among other things, knowingly presenting a specified claim under a grant, contract, or other agreement that is false or fraudulent, or knowingly making or using any false statement, omission, or misrepresentation of a material fact in any application, proposal, bid, progress report, or other document submitted to HHS in order to receive funds under an HHS grant, contract, or other agreement.
