BECAUSE YOU ARE DESPERATE HUNGRY, FILTHY,YOUR CLOTHING IS FILTHY, AND IF YOU ARE A CHILD .IT'S EVEN WORSE, AND EMBARRASSING AT SCHOOL- YOU'RE HUNGRY, YOUR HOMEWORK IS NOT DONE BECAUSE THERE IS NO PLACE TO DO HOMEWORK HECK YOU'RE TOO WORRIED ABOUT YOUR OWN SAFETY , YOUR SECURITY , YOU'RE HUNGRY TIRED AND SCARED .  THERE IS NO PLACE TO FEEL SAFE !

THIS IS JUST A START BUT WITHOUT A PLAN WE CANNOT EVEN BEGIN- AND WITHOUT A BEGINNING THERE IS SURE TO BE NO SUCCESS .

WE OWE IT TO OUR FUTURE AND TO OUR CHILDREN TO BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN THE HAVE AND THE HAVE NOTS , BETWEEN THE COULD HAVE BEEN AND THE YES  I CAN !

THIS IS AMERICA'S WAKE-UP CALL -WE ARE FAILING A GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO FOR WHATEVER REASON HAVE FALLEN AND NEED A HAND TO HELP THEM UP ,SO THAT THEY CAN BECOME PART OF THE AMERICAN DREAM SO THAT THEY CAN WAKE UP FROM THE NIGHTMARE THAT POVERTY & HOMELESSNESS HAVE CREATED.

THIS IS OUR CALL -A CALL THAT MUST BE ANSWERED  WITH A SOLUTION NOT A BAND-AIDE BUT A TRUE SOLUTION THAT WILL PROVE TO BE SUCCESSFUL -IF  WE ALL DO WHAT IS NEEDED AND START TALKING ABOUT WHAT BEFORE NOW HAS BEEN JUST SEEN AS SOMEONE ELSE'S PROBLEM -AND WE REALIZE THAT  IT IS ALL OF OUR PROBLEM AND IT TAKE'S AN ENTIRE COMMUNITY OR AN ENTIRE VILLAGE TO FIX IT !

YES -WE CAN -YES ME MUST !

ORIGINAL PLAN WRITTEN BY

M ANDRES (The Real Monica A) - I KNOW THAT IT WORK'S BECAUSE SOMEONE HELPED MY FAMILY WHEN  WE WERE IN NEED .

ABOUT THE AUTHOR - MY NAME IS MONICA Y ANDRES BORN IN SEATTLE WA - ALWAYS FELT AS IF I WAS NOT MEANT TO LIVE IN POVERTY - ONLY TO FINALLY CONFIRM THIS FEELING ONLY AFTER TURNING 60 YEARS OLD AND THE TARGET OF AN ORGANIZED GANG STALKING SMEAR CAMPAIGN THAT HAS ATTEMPTED TO INTERFERE IN MY STABILITY BY CAUSING ME TO CONSTANTLY EXPERIENCE HOUSING INSTABILITY , AS I HAVE BECOME AWARE OF THE IMPORTANCE OF STABLE HOUSING IN ORDER TO FEEL A SENSE OF COMMUNITY AND A SENSE OF  PRIDE -IN -HOME OWNERSHIP - AND ALSO TO BE ABLE TO ESTABLISH EQUITY FOR YOUR CHILDREN AND YOUR CHILDREN'S CHILDREN . THIS IS AFTER ALL WHAT AMERICA IS ALL ABOUT AND THERE IS NO REASON WHY EVERY AMERICAN SHOULD NOT BE AFFORDED THE RIGHT TO HAVE SAFE AND SECURE HOUSING WITHOUT THE THREAT OF BEING DISPLACED DUE TO ANOTHERS FEELING AS IF THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO COME AND SHAKE UP YOUR LIFE OUT OF WHATEVER PERSONAL FEELINGS THAT THEY MIGHT HAVE ABOUT THE VICTIM OF THESE ABUSES OF ONE'S RIGHT TO LIVE AND SURVIVE JUST A OTHERS HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO SURVIVE AND THRIVE - WE CAN'T HAVE ONE RULE OF TREATMENT FOR ONE RACE OF PEOPLE AND A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SET OF RULES TO INTENTIONALLY MISTREAT ANOTHER RACE OF PEOPLE, BASED ON YOUR SPIRITUAL BELIEFS OR YOUR FAMILY MAKE-UP OR ANY OTHER DISCRIMINATORY REASON TO CAUSE THESE FAMILIES TO BE DEPRIVED OF BASIC LIVING NEEDS  AND STILL CLAIM THAT THIS IS "ONE NATION  UNDER GOD" BECAUSE GOD HAS SEEN ALL OF THIS MISCONDUCT AND IS HERE TO GET JUSTICE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN CRYING OUT FOR THEIR RIGHT TO BASIC NEEDS AND TO LIVE WITH RESPECT AND DIGNITY JUST AS EVERY OTHER AMERICAN HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO LIVE - SIGNED WITH RESPECT BY MONICA Y ANDRES -AGENT RELATOR AND THE EYE'S  FOR THE MOST  HIGH - WHO RESPECTS ME

What is poverty?
The World Bank Organization describes poverty in this way:
“Poverty is hunger. Poverty is lack of shelter. Poverty is being sick and not being able to see a doctor. Poverty is not having access to school and not knowing how to read. Poverty is not having a job, is fear for the future, living one day at a time.
Poverty has many faces, changing from place to place and across time, and has been described in many ways.  Most often, poverty is a situation people want to escape. So poverty is a call to action -- for the poor and the wealthy alike -- a call to change the world so that many more may have enough to eat, adequate shelter, access to education and health, protection from violence, and a voice in what happens in their communities.”
In addition to a lack of money, poverty is about not being able to participate in recreational activities; not being able to send children on a day trip with their schoolmates or to a birthday party; not being able to pay for medications for an illness.  These are all costs of being poor. Those people who are barely able to pay for food and shelter simply can’t consider these other expenses.  When people are excluded within a society, when they are not well educated and when they have a higher incidence of illness, there are negative consequences for society.  We all pay the price for poverty.  The increased cost on the health system, the justice system and other systems that provide supports to those living in poverty has an impact on our economy.
While much progress has been made in measuring and analyzing poverty, the World Bank Organization is doing more work to identify indicators for the other dimensions of poverty.  This work includes identifying social indicators to track education, health, access to services, vulnerability, and social exclusion.
There is no one cause of poverty, and the results of it are different in every case. Poverty varies considerably depending on the situation. Feeling poor in Canada is different from living in poverty in Russia or Zimbabwe.  The differences between rich and poor within the borders of a country can also be great.
Despite the many definitions, one thing is certain; poverty is a complex societal issue. No matter how poverty is defined, it can be agreed that it is an issue that requires everyone’s attention.  It is important that all members of our society work together to provide the opportunities for all our members to reach their full potential. It helps all of us to help one another .

Poverty is about not having enough money to meet basic needs including food, clothing and shelter.  However, poverty is more, much more than just not having enough money.
