It's about time that I let you all know how I am being mistreated here at Cortland place apartments in Seattle WA -As many of you already know I have been a target of an organized gang stalking campaign that started a few years ago this is a racially motivated -religious practices based assault on my right to privacy ! these domestic terrorists have not only been targeting a federally protected private citizen- but they have also illegally profited off of the illegal stealing of an inheritance policy that was sent to me from a relative naming me as the heir ! this act was performed under secret terms and carried out without my consent meant to deprive me of what was left for me to improve my quality of life instead they all shared it among theirselves leaving me here clueless to the fraud that was being committed in my name . someone forged my signature and then made intentional false statements claiming that I was "incompetent "numerous other lies that were told to defame and slander my name since then they have become even more aggressive with the attacks being intentionally done against me even going as far as hiring and allowing "witches " to come and preform spells and black magic directly above my head from the apartment above me #411 these malicious acts were being done by the same group of people who profited off of the illegal theft of my stolen inheritance ! so these fraudsters are now not only violating me on a daily bases but they are now knowingly trying to prevent me from being able to get my chance in court to reclaim the property that they have knowingly stolen from me which places these acts as an "obstruction of justice "! these domestic terrorists also have colluded with other terrorists to surround me in what should be the privacy of my own bedroom and constantly invade my body with these dark magic spells , grave-yard spells and numerous other attacks meant to cause harm and damages to my body! they have brazenly been allowed to come to where I live to prevent me from revealing the fact that these devils have been illegally using my property to live in while I remain stuck here in this low-income - dump and struggle to survive the malicious harassment and the non-consensual and intrusive personal attacks by these devils who feel that they have the right to take from me because of their obvious ignorance and hatred of me due to my race and my spiritual gifts which they seem to question often yet they have never thought to question their own wicked acts of stealing from me an inheritance that they knew damn well was not even theirs that's some hypocritical bullying right there isn't it ? So now today I was filling out yet another FBI complaint online which they once again very brazenly took it upon themselves to intercept my communications and intentionally prevented me from seeking access to a Federal agency while seeking relief from all of their intentional illegal and aggressive behavior which has been intentionally aimed at me while trying to find a place of peace to recuperate from all of these domestic terrorists assaults and violations of my body mind and my soul from being targeted by the same vile-predators who have already perpetuated the illegal theft of my family -inheritance which as they all knew was not there's to take ! So you see , we have a criminal investigation still ongoing while also they are trying to obstruct my right not only to my personal privacy in my bedroom and bed but also my right not to be constantly and continually be targeted and preyed upon by the same bad actors who knowingly lied violated and profited off of my family-inheritance without my consent or knowledge but now want to act as if these terrorists attacks are somehow warranted and justified these devils need to be treated as domestic terrorists /extremists as they have in fact committed definite acts of war against a victim whom they knowingly and brazenly stole an inheritance from and profited off of. Where is the Justice !! and even though I do forgive them because as a woman who has a good -moral character and is known for being a peace- maker it is what I am supposed to do,it's still very hard to comprehend exactly what goes on in a persons mind when they find their-selves presented with a situation such as this ?👼🏾👸🏾 🚓 when you intentionally cause harm to an innocent woman just so you can steal from her and then you plot day and night on how to keep your Con-game-going it must be exhausting because I know that as the target it's exhausting to me !

So the complex where I live has been allowing random people to come on this property to actually stalk me in what should be the privacy of my own bedroom they have surveillance and use energy meters to measure my energy they also harass me in the bathtub and eves-drop all of my conversations and everything that I am listening to . They have allowed a coven to come and preform black - magic spells right over where I sleep in an attempt to try and cause harm to me mentally they also sent grown men to rake me in my dream state- after reading my birth chart and other personal info that stated that I had suffered a similar attack in my youth I feel that these acts were excessively-intrusive as they intentionally tried to place me into a state of mental distress in hopes of causing me to fall back into a severe state of depression and anxiety hoping to push me over the edge. The fact that they constantly invade my right to privacy when I bath is bad enough but they also watch when I use the toilet which is a huge violation of my right to be left alone in my bathroom all of these acts are being done because of my reporting the community organized -gang stalking that has been ongoing since I moved in here in June 2021 shortly after having a tumor removed from my spine I was never even allowed to heal as I have been in full response mode and now show severe suffering and PTSD as a result of these nonstop abusive unwarranted attempts to make me feel like I am not worthy of being treated with respect like any other tenant except as a vulnerable elderly disabled "black-female " I have been treated to different more severe and aggressive terms and conditions as any of the other people who are in my area . I have reported these things to the local police here in my city of Seattle numerous times and I am so ready to leave this place just so I can finally be able to get a good nights sleep this community has been trying to block my life from being able to i've forward after aligning themselves with my ex and then deciding that he would be better with someone else who did not look like me then they lied and made false claims about my character to the courts in an attempt to steal an inheritance that was left fir me to have a better quality of life however they all got compensated and left me here under attack to suffer while they all eagerly continued their attacks and abuse of a vulnerable woman whom they now had a motive to try and silence since I know what they had done to deprive me of a better quality of life a die meant fir me to have have not given to any of them but due to conspiring against me they have been given access to by others who are also profiting off of my pain and suffering .These attacks and abuses of of my rights are still on-going ! and have made living here extremely hostile !

The Power you abuse ....
Those in power often use it for bad rather than for good. They unite with other's who also abuse their power and then make it impossible to compete in a Nation that claims to be all inclusive while not realizing that there are forces set in motion to intentionally prevent some of us from being able to share and enjoy in the same benefits and wealth that this Nation was founded on .
It has always been that the scales leaned in favor of Justice however there are some who have managed to get around the anti-trust, anti -discrimination right's and laws and instead have re-written policy to suit their own interests which is to intentionally inflict - harm to those who they see as "less-than" as in less than worthy of respect , lees worthy of due-process , less worthy of the right to privacy .less than worthy of being shown justice or any right to redress wrongs against them from those who have abused their power for self gain at the expense of those whom they deemed less worthy of being able to fight back or seeking Justice .
In an age of instant gratification and abilities to invade a person just because there are enough of you in the same evil -mindset to carry out the illicit act . I have been the unfortunate target of these illegal and outrageous acts which have now been allowed to exploit me in my own apartment and in what has always been the privacy of your own bedroom , your own bed or your own shower/ bathtub while they watch , and eagerly and aggressively record and share all of my personal non -public activity . All because they feel that you are not worthy of what they know are your rights , but they thinking that they have more power over you even during Covid 19 when they have added even deeper protections for those who are already considered as vulnerable , these abuses of the sick , the poor and those not seen as having any rights except the rights to be abused accused and preyed upon .
You see I must admit I have known that I was being watched after I noticed patterns of practices and then I noticed that at the times when I did travel which were not often I would have people (mostly Caucasians- but as they have wiretaps they will change out with other races when tipped to switch the players , in a game that I never agreed to be a part of ) They would send armature players who it was obvious where being trained to stalk people who looked like me . This being evident by how they would hustle to get on say a bus and then spot my brown face and stop and then proceed to find a place to sit which allowed them access to place me in their direct view as they had been taught to do . Then the same pattern in my housing of seeing the cars in sync- driving by to aim their illicit weapons at me as they passed and the traffic lights set up to intentionally hold us at a light so that they could also abuse there power while being paid to torture a race of people whom they never liked in the first place .
Never have I seen so many nice new cars at an elderly housing complex so it's no surprise to see that they are not here as tenants at all yet they were able to gain access to a tenant based on false claims and then they were allowed to target that tenant in places that the laws clearly state are "areas where one should be able to expect a reasonable amount of privacy". That being a person's bedroom , their bed and the bathroom where I am not even able to wipe my own ass because there are those who feel that they I am not worthy of the right to privacy even while wiping my own ass !
This is where we have some how taken the small amount of power that money which btw started with the free labor from slaves which lead to enormous family wealth - and somehow has been misconstrued as something that they did all on their own , and now these same ancestors brazenly feel the right to violate me a "black-female" just as they had done to my female ancestors . And so we write and report about the abuses and they make excuses about who's jurisdiction it is to investigate these crimes or they joke about what makes it feel like a "hate-crime" when in fact it is obvious that these acts could be nothing but motivated by hate by those willing to ignore the inhumane torture and trauma that they are knowingly and willingly causing me ,the target .
This is the new way in which people who look like me are being abused by those who abuse their power and are now partnering with the very same people who are being paid to keep you safe in your housing but in this day of complete dereliction- of duty are in fact being allowed to abuse a tenant who was asked to remove her original signature which would have protected me against this type of abuse in order to have me sign a bad-faith lease meant to intentionally target me and cause me pain and suffering solely because of my race , nationality , my commitment to change and for standing up against those who abuse others simply because they think that these people are void of any rights to not be violated and preyed upon for ill-gotten gain. This is what is going on in my city of Seattle where they collude together and share non-public information while knowing that they are under a Federal probe or are already under a federal agreement to not violate any more laws that would lead to more counts of crimes being filed against them. If you have to violate a persons civil rights and assault them sexually you had no real claim in the first place in fact these acts were meant to intimidate a witness and to shame a witness you must know that anything said after these acts would be seen as damages that were in fact caused by you and your claims would be void and inadmissible.

Subject: Solutions to end the housing crises -from a victim to a victor program -M Andres
Hello, my name is Monica. I have been experiencing the effects of homelessness, which I believe are the key factors for my drive and determination to make a difference in the lives of those who have no voice and because of a lack of material wealth have often become invisible.
From my experiences homelessness can affect anyone, for me it was the sudden loss of my spouse and a mortgage that was setup for us to fail by the terms and conditions within the fine print meant to steal our equity and eventually render us unable to climb back out after an unexpected tragedy.
After that it became a test of endurance and strength while -proactively trying to save myself while dealing with a system that didn't even know or see me as worthy of being saved. I found that the federally funded programs all had long lists and hoops to jump through that a person without legs could never do. I found that in theory yes it looked like we were trying to do our best to address the homeless crisis but in truth we have failed on a grand scale and in fact those who had never had to wonder where they would sleep from night to night or someone who sat behind a desk and had a scripted response of "there is a 5 year waiting list for housing assistance" would never be able to cure a problem that was rapidly growing and consuming our hopes and our dreams while destroying our trust that anyone even noticed that we were crying out for and desperately in need of immediate-housing -relief without judgment without waiting lists without funds to secure or recommendations which if we did have surely we would not be in such dire straits and in need of assistance in the first place .
You see for me this crisis had taken a personal toll and in losing my home and all of my equity I also lost custody of my minor children due to no home in which to shelter them, and in losing all of the things that I had lived my entire life to acquire, give-birth-to and nourish I lost myself. I lost the hope and the inspiration of waking up to start my day no matter how clear or how cloudy the sky was outside. I was blessed to have a roof over-my-head, heat to warm my soul and food to feed that soul. I knew that my hard work, integrity and good-sound judgment were the foundation on which I had based my life and had taught my children to also do.
So, you see, for me this homeless crisis became my fuel to bring attention to the destruction of lives, the destruction and breakdown of the American family and the theft of Our American dream due to Greed from those who control the financial/Housing/sectors and the inability to see that each and every person experiencing it as worthy of being saved from it. My fuel to proactively expose the weaknesses in programs that only claim to be doing its part to cure the problem yet in theory were just a waste of dollars that could actually be used to fix what is so horribly broken.
I see the homeless crisis as curable, but it would take a re-educating or a reminder of common courtesy that I believe greed/discrimination/ and the abuse of power have erased.
1. Poverty and those at the poverty level (or those disabled, those who have suffered a loss or hardship) should be a protected class of people until they are in fact able to climb out of that protection. I say this because of my own experience from those who knew that I had no way to defend myself from their predatory actions meant to keep me in poverty.
2. There should be a law that makes the acts of those who have wealth or those backed by large corporate-wealth or interests, to intentionally single out and intentionally make those who they deem as not-worthy of relief from their predatory behavior/actions guilty of the crime- Intentionally causing a financial -hardship- which should then be considered a Hate-Crime and abuse of -power due to one-sided ability to exploit the downfalls of another who they knew would not be able to fight back .
3 Housing should be a "Right" and not just a privilege given to the rich/wealthy/or those of a particular race or class BUT in fact given to ALL Americans who are born here -without the ability of another to intentionally interfere with their right for clean -secure-stable housing/ shelter.
4 The public housing authorities - should all be either eliminated and re-established to represent the communities for which they serve- or held to stiffer rules and accountability. 1 You get paid for eliminating the problem of homelessness, you will be rated for the amount of homelessness that you eliminate each year not by pointing out the waiting list and collecting a check for services that you are not providing to EVERYONE who comes to you in need of immediate housing.
5 There should be a requirement that those who are getting paid to help the crisis of homelessness actually get out from behind their desks and go to the communities in which they serve and offer assistance to those in need. This is what a Social Worker is supposed to do.
6 Anyone found to be abusing their position, their power, or working with others to oppress, deprive or collude to prevent any person from being able to attain safe sound and secure housing should be arrested and charged with deprivation of a right. Under title 18
These are just a few things that really need to be implemented in order to effectively eradicate the Homelessness crisis and to start living up to the promises of Life Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness and in order to be living the American Dream you must first be able to rest your head in a sound secure and safe place each and every day and night without the threat of another to compromise your security.
