THE TIMELINE LEADING UP TO THESE CURRENT UNWARRANTED - ATTACK'S
As most of you who frequent my "Stay at home mom's " blogger site know I have been the target of harassment , stalking , internet intrusion , cell and email interruption theft of files and sharing them without my consent . I have had my medical benefits ceased and almost became homeless due to an illegal interference of my personal disability information that was shared and then my benefits began to get attacked my Medicare number was found to have been illegally shared with an -illegal alien and used by this female to gain access to care in Texas (? ) I have suffered an enormous amount of stress, physical, mental, emotional ,financial , spiritual .pain, duress and loss and even had my personal relationship dismantled by those hell-bent on destroying me after feeling that my work as a independent -investigative-journalist made them feel a certain kind of way , I'm not sure if it was my style of writing or perhaps my subject- matter , as I usually cover abuses of power , racially motivated aggressions towards certain groups of people or the fact that I as a journalist was not being allowed to do my job , while other major publishers like Bloomberg, NY times , Google etc went un-bothered with the same type of publications and in some instances I had simply shared the links yet I was the one targeted and made to look as if I was a radical - decedent- My thought was that I was in fact being singled out due to my status as an independent- female- journalist -who happened to be "African-American " as I had began to notice that I was in fact drawing an uncomfortable amount of attention on my blogger site and across my other social media platforms . Also, it needs to be noted that the big organizations do not need to do any work. The government keeps the competition at bay on their behalf. This is a system based on cronyism and favoritism. THEY HAVE USED THIS TYPE OF ILLICIT PRACTICE FOR YEARS .IT REMINDS ME OF WHEN MLK WAS ASSINATED AND WAS SEEN AS A GREAT LEADER OF HIS PEOPLE YET THERE WAS A VILLON- WORKING IN THE BACKGROUND THAT HAD HIRED WOMEN TO TEMP THIS GREAT SPIRITUAL LEADER AND HAD TEMPTED HIM WITH MULTIPLE WOMEN, TO THE POINT WHERE HE EVENTUALLY GAVE IN LIKE MOST RED-BLOODED MEN , BUT THERE WAS ALSO A CREW LISTENING TO AND DOCUMENTING EVERY ILLICIT ACT THAT THEY HAD SET HIM UP TO FALL FOR , SO THAT AFTER HIS DEATH THEY COULD EXPLOIT HIS ACTIONS AND TRY AND INTENTIONALLY DISCREDIT HID CAREER AS A LEADER OF HIS PEOPLE . AND WHAT I CURRENTLY SEE IS BEING PLAYED OUT TODAY IS THAT SAME PATTERN -OF -PRACTICES , EXCEPT THIS TIME IT IS MUCH MORE AGGRESSIVE TO THE POINT WHERE THESE ILLEGAL VIOLATIONS INTO A PERSON'S -OWN PRIVACY WHICH ARE INTENTIONALLY BEING OVERLOOKED ARE WILLING TO "WIN-AT-ALL-COST" AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT MIGHT JUST COST THEM ALL THEIR OWN LIVES..... I HAVE ALWAYS TRIED TO THINK LIKE THIS ABOUT THINGS THAT I WOULD OFTEN DWELL ABOUT ....
1. REMEMBER IF THE THING THAT YOU ARE STRESSING ABOUT IS NOT A MATTER OF LIFE OR DEATH, THEN IT'S NOT SOMETHING THAT YOU SHOULD CONTINUE TO DWELL ON ABOUT .
2 WE OFTEN SPEND WAY TOO MUCH TIME TRIPPING ABOUT OTHER WOMEN -MEN , WHEN WE REALLY SHOULD TRY AND LEARN THAT IN DOING SO , YOU ARE GIVING THAT PERSON WHO HAS OCCUPIED YOUR THOUGHT 'S YOUR POWER AND TOO MUCH CONTROL TO OCCUPY SPACE WITH-IN YOUR HEAD THAT THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE .
NO ONE PERSON DESERVES TO BE SOMEONE THAT YOU BECOME OBSESSED OVER , ESPECIALLY SOMEONE THAT DOESN'T EVEN SPEND ANY TIME ALSO THINKING ABOUT YOU . INSTEAD TRY AND FILL THAT TIME LEARNING SOMETHING USEFULL , LIKE REMEMDIES TO CURE SOMETHING IE. A SORE THROAT , LEARN HOW TO WRITE A NOVEL . LEARN HOW TO MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT IN THE LIVES OF OTHERS , OR LEARN HOW TO INVEST IN THE STOCK MARKET , LEARN A NEW HAIRDO OR LEARN HOW TO TURN A BAD MOOD INTO A GOOD MOOD , LEARN A NEW FOREIGN LANGUAGE ETC BY LEARNING HOW TO BETTER USE THE TIME THAT YOU ONCE ONLY USED TO OBSESS ABOUT SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT IN YOUR CONTROL YOU CAN SLOWLY CHANGE AND CONTROL YOUR OWN WORLD FOR THE BETTER .
IF A MAN IS THE ISSUE REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE AMAZING WITH OR WITH-OUT HIM AND IF YOU WORK ON YOURSELF YOU CAN SHOW THAT PERSON THAT YOU ARE SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST A WORRIER . TURN YOURSELF INTO AN EXPERT ON A PARTICULAR SUBJECT , THAT WAY WHEN THAT SPECIAL PERSON COMES AROUND HE OR SHE WILL SEE A WHOLE NEW SIDE OF YOU THAT PRIOR TO THAT DAY YOU HAD NOT EXZIBITE, ALSO START A GRATTITUDE JOURNAL , SPEND 30 MINS EACH DAY /NIGHT WRITING DOWN ALL OF THE THINGS IN YOUR LIFE THAT YOU ARE TRULY GRATEFUL FOR LARGE OR SMALL , THEN IN A YEAR YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT YOUR OWN PERSONAL GROWTH AND BEGIN TO REALLY FEEL THAT YOU ARE AN AMAZING AND BLESSED PERSON . ONCE YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND-SET FROM THAT OF TRIVIAL THOUGHTS OF WHAT SOMEONE ELSE IS DOING OR NOT DOING WHICH ARE ACTUALLY THINGS THAT YOU HAVE NO CONTROL OVER , AND START USING THAT GOOD ENERGY FOR THINKING AND DOING THINGS IN YOUR LIFE THAT YOU DO CONTROL , LIKE YOUR POSITIVE THOUGHTS YOUR WHOLE LIFE WILL BEGIN TO TAKE ON A WHOLE NEW FORMATION BECAUSE WITHIN EVERY WORRY OR CONCERN IS A SOLUTION JUST WAITING TO BE DISCOVERED , SO PAY ATTENTION TO HOW AND WHAT YOU SPEND YOUR TIME ON , AFTERALL TIME IS ONE THING THAT YOU CAN NEVER GET BACK , SO SPEND YOURS WISELY .
NEVER ALLOW YOUR FEARS OF LOSS OF ANOTHER OR YOUR FEARS OF BEING ALONE MAKE YOU SO WORRIED THAT YOU STOP ENJOYING THE "RIGHT-NOW" , BECASUE AGTERALL RIGHT-NOW IS ALL THAT YOU CAN CONTROL NEVER INTENTIONALLY TRY TO CONTROL THE ACTIONS OR THOUGHTS OF ANOTHER ESPECIALLY IN THE NEGATIVE BECAUSE NEGATIVE ACTIONS HAVE A BOOMERANG EFFECT AND WILL ALWAYS COME BACK AROUND TO STRIKE YOU RIGHT BACK IN THE FACE -ALWAYS TRY AND LEAD A LIFE BASED ON KINDNESS , LOVE AND JOY FOR THE "RIGHT-NOW" AS THIS IS WHAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY CONTROL WHICH IS YOUR REACTION SO START MAKING A POSITIVE CHANGE IN YOUR THINKING ABOUT THE SITUATION AS MOST TIMES WE TEND TO FOCUS ON THE WORSE-CASE SENERIO RATHER THAN THE FACT THAT THERE IS NOTHING THAT WOULD CHANGE YOUR WORLD SO DRASTICLY THAT EVEN IF THE WORST CASE WERE TO HAPPEN , YOU WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO SURVIVE , BECAUSE ONCE YOU TAKE BACK YOUR POWER TO CONTROL YOUR OWN DESTINY YOU HAVE CONCORED THE MEANING OF WALKING IN YOUR OWN -POWER !
YOU ARE AMAZING AND ANY ONE WHO MAKES YOU FEEL THAT DREADED FEELING OR HAVING TO WORRY ABOUT THEIR LOYALITY OR OF NOT BEING GOOD ENOUGH ETC QUITE FRANKLY DOESN'T DESERVE YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE ! My Thoughts ....
I have been abused falsely accused and there are some who have united against me as a "Black-woman" in America where right now we are under attack simply for who we are and those who know that there is a change coming .... and those who were on top shall be on the bottom and those on the bottom shall rise to the top with that being said there is a wicked -movement of mostly men and a few females hell-bent on interrupting that which is already been written thinking I guess that they can stop what God has already spoken, seeing that the Woman is the one to give birth I guess that makes me a target for their unwarranted hate, stalking and even the "witch-coven's " who come to stand over my bedroom from the apartment above mine and cast spells and evil intentions trying to destroy my future - Yet He still prepares a table for me in the presence of mine enemies ....

We must do more to prosecute those who maliciously harass "Women of color " online and in our daily lives - I can speak on this subject because I too have been targeted by these extremists who have invaded my personal privacy out of Malice and their own jealous-envy . They feel empowered to troll us online and to mount up in numbers with other cowards who are so hateful and ugly that they can't even show their own faces in public and instead they hide , they hide in on-line forums they hide on social media platforms where they believe that they are invisible and they taunt us , they try and shame us and then when we prove that their falsities and shallow self-attacks on our true courage, beauty and beliefs do not matter they move into your apartment complex's and our high-rise condo's and they prey upon us , because in truth these are "domestic -terrorists" disguised as neighbors ,friends, managers or staff members . These are in fact the devil's that we have been warned about yet had never experienced until they came to our front doors. For many and unfortunately for Cheslie Kryst it was just too much , imagine living with a bully like that hovering over your every-move criticizing you for breathing the air that they feel you don't deserve to breath , as they lie in wait... for the opportunity to point a finger at you when in fact if they were not such foul-malicious- evil-devils they'd be brave enough to look up the word Malice and Envy and find a picture of themselves nestled right there.
For all of the beautiful women of color , who have been brave and courageous enough to lift up your heads when the rest of the world has turned a deaf -ear to your cries for help and your need for security in a sometimes Godless world I say Keep moving forward keep walking keep living the Life that The Most High God placed you here on Earth to live and NEVER let the words of those who can only taunt you for your beauty, your brains and your sheer ability to rise much higher than they themselves could ever dream or imagine , you my Sister's are more precious than Rubies for you are the Apple of HIS eye and you will always have those who hate you because if everyone likes you , you're probably not living as you were intended to live . So realize that those who hate you , actually are too cowardly to look within and change themselves and instead they make you their focus while not noticing that there is a high-steam - fast-paced- Locomotive heading straight in their direction intent on causing them the same abrupt ending that they are trying to inflict upon you. So keep walking keep waking up and keep placing your faith in the only one who truly knows hears and sees all that has been thrown at you and everything that you have had to brave just to keep going , you are Amazing and you are as beautiful as they all know and hate . You just keep your faith in the Most High God and never ever let the Malice and envy of someone who is not even in your league stand in judgment of you for they lack that ability . And deep down they know it . But you must know it too You are a Ruby living amongst pebbles. There are some who will stalk you and steal from you then it appears that they got bored, so they began to hack your accounts and send messages to themselves (as if they are even relevant in your world ...) This punk -ass child needs to get a better obsession because I am tired of being the center of your feeble-minded -world.
Learn a new way of dealing with your anger and your jealousy of those who you no-doubt want to be, but in reality you cannot even hold a candle to my light ... When your need for attention includes stalking another woman or coming to where she resides so you can do your little witch-craft spells to make her looks diminish (so , sorry about how bad you're looking after all that crap backfired - try some moisturizer and a new nightly routine of cleansing your pores) and also you must realize that all of your lies your fake Police reports your hacking my social media accounts and then posting obnoxious comments trying to make people believe that I would actually show such a lack of intelligence , know this boo-boo-Bear the real Feds are watching your every move and are counting your keystrokes , preparing to indict your lame ass for malicious harassment , Stalking , Extremism, and intentionally filing false claims to the police with the intent to cause an interference in the life of the woman who deep down , you really want to be , but can't , so you remain stuck on acting out like a child who has deep mental -instabilities ! because un- less you decide to act like an adult and just learn that there are some things that you just can't be or things that you just can't do just because you are immature jealous or full of envy (though shall not covet) Or , you might just end up in a padded room- somewhere with NO access to the general public or the internet, And we All know that would surely be the end of you being able to get any attention .

they are so desperate and full of lies that they've they have prevented me from being able to receive my mail I have not received any notices from the courts and I have not given consent to any law firm or any attorney to represent my best interest in fact they are trying to deprive me of my day in court to face them for all of the fraud damages and the loss of my inheritance these devils are some of the most ruthless thieves I have ever had the displeasure of coming in contact with . If I am prevented from being notified of a court date this is a violation of due process these people are in fact trying to harass me as a witness and trying to obstruct justice - this is a damn travesty ! thieves gang stalking ,stealing abusing and false accusing ! and I have not retained an attorney to represent me in any case. and I am being blocked from receiving messages from the court ! obstruction of justice !
THEY TOLD LIES AND DECIDED TO UNITE AGAINST ME
I HAVE BEEN A TARGETED VICTIM OF AN ORGANIZED GANG-STYLE STALKING WHICH HAS BEEN CARRIED OUT OVER SEVERAL YEARS AND INCLUDED AN OBSESSIVE CRUEL AND UNWARRANTED EVIL ATTACK BY A "WITCH-COVEN" WHERE THEY REPEATEDLY CAME TO WHERE I LIVED AND USING ACCESS GIVEN TO THEM FROM THE APARTMENT DIRECTLY ABOVE MINE- THEY STOOD OVER MY BEDROOM AND MY BED AND WOULD DO EVIL SATANIC-BLACK MAGIC SPELLS , BINDING, GRAVE-SITE-DIRT -RITUALS, CANDLE HEX'S ETC AND HAVING ALSO CHECKED MY CHART'S HAD GAINED KNOWLEDGE OF A BRUTAL SEXUAL ATTACK IN MY YOUTH, SO THEY DECIDED TO EXPLOIT THIS KNOWLEDGE AND SENT ATLEAST 6 MEN INTO MY DREAM -STATE TO RAPE ME AND SEXUALLY ASSAULT ME . THIS EVENT WAS SO ENTIRELY INSANE THAT I STILL CAN NOT COMPREHEND WHAT THE HELL WOULD EVER MAKE ANYONE DO SOMETHING SO HATEFUL TO ANOTHER , THIS WAS ALL DONE IN HOPES OF GETTING ME STUCK IN THE MINDSET OF THE OBVIOUS TRAUMA AND DISTRESS THAT I HAD EXPERIENCED PREVIOUSLY ALSO TO PLACE ME IN A STATE OF DEPRESSION AND DISPARE OR SUICIDE . WHICH I WHOLE-HEARTEDLY -FEEL THAT THESE REPEATED- ACTIONS SHOULD CARRY A TOUGHER SENTENCE AS THESE SAME PEOPLE WHO WERE INVOLVED WITH THESE VILE AND INTRUSIVE ASSAULTS WERE ALSO INVOLVED WITH THE THEFT OF MY INHERITANCE -AND THIS ALL GOES TOWARDS MOTIVE TO WANT TO NOW ESCAPE PROSECUTION FOR ALL OF THEIR CRIMES MEANT TO CAUSE ME A LOSS . TO CAUSE ME TO SUFFER PHYSICALLY MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY AND WOULD HAVE LED TO MY DEMISE , HAD IT NOT BEEN FOR MY STRONG FAITH IN THE MOST HIGH -GOD , WHICH THEY ALSO ATTACKED .

9A.46.110 Stalking
(1) A person commits the crime of stalking if, without lawful authority and under circumstances not amounting to a felony attempt of another crime:
(a) He or she intentionally and repeatedly harasses or repeatedly follows another person; and
(b) The person being harassed or followed is placed in fear that the stalker intends to injure the person, another person, or property of the person or of another person. The feeling of fear must be one that a reasonable person in the same situation would experience under all the circumstances; and
(c) The stalker either:
(i) Intends to frighten, intimidate, or harass the person; or
(ii) Knows or reasonably should know that the person is afraid, intimidated, or harassed even if the stalker did not intend to place the person in fear or intimidate or harass the person.
(2)(a) It is not a defense to the crime of stalking under subsection (1)(c)(i) of this section that the stalker was not given actual notice that the person did not want the stalker to contact or follow the person; and
(b) It is not a defense to the crime of stalking under subsection (1)(c)(ii) of this section that the stalker did not intend to frighten, intimidate, or harass the person.
(3) It shall be a defense to the crime of stalking that the defendant is a licensed private investigator acting within the capacity of his or her license as provided by chapter 18.165 RCW.
(4) Attempts to contact or follow the person after being given actual notice that the person does not want to be contacted or followed constitutes prima facie evidence that the stalker intends to intimidate or harass the person. "Contact" includes, in addition to any other form of contact or communication, the sending of an electronic communication to the person.
(5)(a) Except as provided in (b) of this subsection, a person who stalks another person is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
(b) A person who stalks another is guilty of a class C felony if any of the following applies:
(i) The stalker has previously been convicted in this state or any other state of any crime of harassment, as defined in RCW 9A.46.060, of the same victim or members of the victim's family or household or any person specifically named in a protective order;
(ii) the stalking violates any protective order protecting the person being stalked;
(iii) the stalker has previously been convicted of a gross misdemeanor or felony stalking offense under this section for stalking another person;
(iv) the stalker was armed with a deadly weapon, as defined in *RCW 9.94A.602, while stalking the person;
(v)(A) the stalker's victim is or was a law enforcement officer; judge; juror; attorney; victim advocate; legislator; community corrections' officer; an employee, contract staff person, or volunteer of a correctional agency; or an employee of the child protective, child welfare, or adult protective services division within the department of social and health services; and (B) the stalker stalked the victim to retaliate against the victim for an act the victim performed during the course of official duties or to influence the victim's performance of official duties; or
(vi) the stalker's victim is a current, former, or prospective witness in an adjudicative proceeding, and the stalker stalked the victim to retaliate against the victim as a result of the victim's testimony or potential testimony.
(6) As used in this section:
(a) "Correctional agency" means a person working for the department of natural resources in a correctional setting or any state, county, or municipally operated agency with the authority to direct the release of a person serving a sentence or term of confinement and includes but is not limited to the department of corrections, the indeterminate sentence review board, and the department of social and health services.
(b) "Follows" means deliberately maintaining visual or physical proximity to a specific person over a period of time. A finding that the alleged stalker repeatedly and deliberately appears at the person's home, school, place of employment, business, or any other location to maintain visual or physical proximity to the person is sufficient to find that the alleged stalker follows the person. It is not necessary to establish that the alleged stalker follows the person while in transit from one location to another.
(c) "Harasses" means unlawful harassment as defined in RCW 10.14.020.
(d) "Protective order" means any temporary or permanent court order prohibiting or limiting violence against, harassment of, contact or communication with, or physical proximity to another person.
(e) "Repeatedly" means on two or more separate occasions.
9A.46.120 Criminal Gang Intimidation
A person commits the offense of criminal gang intimidation if the person threatens another person with bodily injury because the other person refuses to join or has attempted to withdraw from a gang, as defined in RCW 28A.600.455, if the person who threatens the victim or the victim attends or is registered in a public or alternative school. Criminal gang intimidation is a class C felony.
