 The use of force or weapons, including the use of mind manipulation tactics , Technology, Intentionally intercepting communications between a caregiver and the person who he cared for. The constant illegal use of camera's and listening to all my personal communications so that you could oppress and deny me my right to privacy , all Done ., due to Greed , Jealousy ,  retaliation , Envy, or whatever , not matter what reason there is NEVER a reason to do to anyone what was done to Me ! 

I have been lied upon , plotted against as  a spiritual  healer walking in the light verses the dark -  

But  most if not all who were or are  aggressively coming for me happen to be walking in the darkness of the bottom of the barrel when it comes to integrity and  emotional  maturity - They have committed fraud by having a false person appear as me in court so they could make fake claims to get me setup to be wrongfully accused of  being unstable in some way , I am actually more sound secure and stable than I Have  been in quite some time  and  I am adamant about speaking out  against these Malicious actions that were allowed to be placed on my life due to  lies that were intentionally spread because they were feeling some kind- of - way about my light shining so bright - and they thought they could put it out - so they got others to go along but omitted the fact that they were  lying about me the whole time  and really wanted to  steal or claim my assets and anything else that they could steal or lie and say that they had gotten to it first , even my love relationship , they went after that to the  point that their malicious acts  of insanity towards me for no sincere reason , is why I am here today to share these  true life horrifying events ,so that they will never again be able to do to anyone what was allowed to be done to me -  thank you , in the coming days I will be adding important key facts to this claim - Thank You and have a blessed and enjoyable evening

 Note there is a lack of respect being displayed in my housing complex by a group of hired mischief makers . They have managed to drag out what should have been a short repair time into a  6 Month  + job that for some even includes lodging ! Where do they get away with this type  of operation ? Right here in Seattle where they bend break and reclassify the law and rules every day ! This property is supposed to be a 55+ complex with many being on disability however they misuse there access to us elderly tenants  and hack into our internet our emails , our USPS mail boxes or even pay to gain access to mail that is intended  for some senior tenant they have been illegally profiting off of the abuse and misuse of what they call power but what is actually considered assess to keys and a willingness to act as if its not going on when its obvious that it truly is going on , just today they shadowed me in my apartment slamming  down a chair directly over my head wherever I would stand   - this is not an acceptable way to treat those who are already at risk and the brazen , bully-like manner in which its being orchestrated makes me believe that its also very much racially motivated and a retaliatory action due to me calling it out for what it is ! It has to be brought to light when there is a  overt consorted effort to intentionally target and then come to where a person should be able  to have peace and rest yet can not do so because an organized group feels that there is nothing that as a disabled elderly black women  that I could possibly do to stop all if them - We shall see about that !  and if this property is using the elderly tenants EIN numbers as a tax break then tgat right there is a violation because you used what you required from us to sign the lease and then did not give us a safe secure non- hostile living environment no matter how often we have had to report it or complain about it in an attempt to be able to fully enjoy our living space - =tax fraud ? cuz you never gave  us what you were supposed to for the use of our federal tax credit use , in fact your actions amount to hate crimes charges , if you really want to put it all out on the table you have done way too much to intentionally sow not only discord among a community but you got great joy out of doing so ! Shame on you !  And  never forget if you're illegally recording people (without their prior written consent ) not only is it illegal but anything recorded is irrelevant because you broke a law to try and harm a protected class and the violence against women act states that you are NOT allowed to re victimize a person who has is a witness and a victim already  - what you are doing is showing all of the damages from your abuse towards that person .what a  Damn shame  it should be to you if you actually had any true common sense or any sense of humanity . You are all under Judgement and have been found guilty by the devine counsel of the spiritual realm may you cease and repent before your lives are completely  dismantled  just  as you sought to do to others may it be swiftly returned right back to its deceitful sender  , enjoy and have a great rest of your day -  - The lord will not be mocked blocked or made into a something that you can use as a weapon to take out anyone who has the courage and strength to speak out against all of you again I just say "shame on you "

 "Housing is a basic Need " 

There has to be a NEW  policy Implemented,  that Everyone is entitled to secure clean and safe Housing . - This would do so much to an already struggling Nation to finally start addressing and then correcting the problem of homelessness , Poverty , and quite a few systemic problems that have made Housing an object of controlling another person's life , and stability . As a widow I began to experience the affects of homelessness after the sudden and unexpected loss of my First Husband Al - We had both worked and prayed for a home to raise our then 3 daughters and after what seemed like an eternity we were able to purchase our first home not long after we were blessed with a son - and it seemed as if our family was complete - However as we all know , the devil will often take from you what is in fact making a difference in the lives of others , and for me and my family that was their Dad (my husband ) He was a strong Man of God who was known as the "community Father" as he'd often play ball in the street and in the back yard with the neighborhood boy's who had no Dad at  home - He would also pick-up the elderly Church member's on Sunday before church -  or even spend time with them if they seemed lonely as he did with our neighbor Elmer  who was fond of my cooking and was a welcome addition each night as I prepared dinner for my family - We unfortunately lost my husband to a Dilatated -cardio- Myotherapy  and our lives were turned upside down by a mortgage company and several others in that chain of greed that saw me as a person who was stuck between a rock and a hard place and would eventually lose my home , however being a victim of predatory lending and redlining is more detrimental than one would  think, with the inability to become stable and also a host of derogatory notations on my credit report , losing first my Husband , then my home , and eventually due to not having a home for my children after the foreclosure I lost my children and my Irish- mother-in-law went to the courts to fight me for the custody of my at the time 3 minor children as my oldest was already over 18 -  but this only became an issue after there was a discovery of my children being left money from their Dad , money which his family members began to covet as theiir own and did just that - forbidding me to participate in family functions as if I had done something wrong when I had not , in fact if anything this should have brought us all closer together , yet instead it tore us all apart and I was left out in the cold on my own to surf from couch to couch unstable and unable to get a good footing so that I could actually fight to get my home issues resolved  and get my life back to being balanced as having the stability  that having  a roof over your head can provide  - This is why I have made it one of my missions to bring to the attention of those who are in the position to make changes to policies and laws to recognize the need to reclassify housing and home- ownership as a basic need  for all - In a country that pride's it's self on being one nation under God we can surely house God's children so that they are not out in the cold and unable to live the dream that some Americans' seem to take for granted while other never even get to experience  it - HOUSING CAN NOT BE USED TO PUNISH SOME BY KEEPING THEM TOO POOR TO QUALIFY WHILE PREACHING ABOUT THE MANY BLESSINGS OF A PROSEROUS NATION BUT STILL UNABLE TO SHOW ENOUGH COMPASSION TO HOUSE THE POOR - AMERICAN WE CAN DO SO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS - WE CAN TAKE THAT MONEY THAT WE ARE MORE THAN WILLING  AND ABLE TO FIND FOR THE NEEDS OF OTHER FOREIGN NATIONS AND INSTEAD FOR ONCE TAKE CARE OF THOSE ON AMERICAN SOIL FIRST ! THEN AFTER WE HAVE EVERYONE HOUSED SAFE AND SECURE , THEN AND ONLY THEN WILL WE HAVE ENOUGH TO AGREE TO ASSIST ANOTHER NATION - BECAUSE RIGHT NOW WE HAVE A HOUSING CRISIS THAT IS JUST AS CRITICAL AS ANY WAR HERE ON EARTH AND IF WE DO NOT - PLEDGE TO MAKE HOUSING A BASIC NEED JUST LIKE WATER AND FOOD THEN WE AS ONE NATION UNDER GOD HAVE PROVEN TO BE NOTHING BUT A  NATION UNDER -FRAUD WHO HAS DENIED IT'S OWN THEIR RIGHT TO BE ABLE TO FORM A FAMILY AND KEEP THAT FAMILY TOGETHER EVEN IF ONE OF THE PARENT'S PASSES AWAY THERE SHOULD NEVER BE A NEED TO INTENTIONALLY DEPRIVE ANYONE OF THEIR RIGHT TO SHELTER AND SECURITY  - AFTER ALL THIS IS HOW WE GET EQUITY AND EQUITY IS HOW WE BUILD WEALTH AND WEALTH IS WHAT WE PASS ON TO OUR FAMILIES INSTEAD OF DEBT - SO LET'S ALL AGREE TO EXAMINE THIS HUGE PROBLEM THAT SOME CAN'T SEEM TO RISE ABOVE DUE TO OTHERS NEED TO INTERFERE OR TRY AND CONTROL WHEN A BASIC NEED SHOULD NEVER BE USED AS A WEAPON TO OPPRESS ANOTHER, SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU THINK THAT YOU CAN !

Never put all of your Egg's in one basket .  Never turn all of your finances  over to someone who did not help you earn them , because some just do not know where to draw the line when it comes to being in control of what someone else has earned and  some are not financially mature enough to be able to handle your financial success and may end up becoming envious jealous and vindictive and will share your financial success with those who  do not even know you but are all up in their feelings when it comes to your money - This is such a critical point that It can  not go without noticing , if you notice that your friends or family only invite you because you are known for paying the Tab when ever you all go out - Stop going or say 'NO- THANKS I can't make it "   NEXT TIME - and watch  how quick they change their attitude towards you - this is your 1st Red flag-

 I could never be as thirsty and brazen as these low life corrupt thieves who hover over the private bedrooms of their victims the same victims who they have stolen ID from and have even gotten into their mail  opened mail forged signatures and gone to court and lied under oath  and have told more lies than they could even prove ! 

So not only are they guilty of Malicious harassment and Elder financial abuse and other financial crimes , but they are also guilty Of Talking  , invasion of privacy , copyright infringement , sexual exploitation , frivolous claims , lying to entrap the same victim that they have originally already stolen from , Real Estate fraud , unlawful detainer  - illegally occupying a home while doing the most outrageous acts to keep the legal owner entrapped in this  hell-hole that the criminals tried their best to make hostile by doing witchcraft over their living environment hacking bank accounts , stealing or blocking their work and claiming it as their own , flooding the living quarters and stretching out the unlivable conditions now for over six months , setting up across the hall using weapons of mass distruction to once again attempt to cause physical harm to the victim - this is a travesty  like no other I have ever seen these sexual perverts who prey on the elderly and vulnerable for their own personal  profit because they felt they could do to the unbalanced number of 1- verses hundreds  and yet - I am still standing !

They have done so many racially motivated and malicious intrusions into my living space which is  also where I work so they've made my work environment hostile , they've stolen mail that was meant to be  opened by Me Monica Andres , they have stolen  my ID and have conducted business as me which is fraud they constantly stalk  my money , my blog ,  go through my emails cell calls pictures watch me dress watch me have a bowel movement  and have failed to make this low income housing livable by allowing the renovations from the "flooding ' that took place in Jan become stagnant doing this to lower the good positive energy that is  Generated  to go as low as their wicked dark demonic evil witchy bitchy  low vibing lazy energy level that dies more to try and track , stalk mock block and  do the most un- heard of desperate and completely un- ethical  abusive criminal acts while trying to do witchcraft to take my life - and I am not going down to any damn witches or broke back bitches  this is going to be my last request to be left alone and if you fools step towards me I promise that you will regret doing so .  Also they are covering up deaths and have been doing death spells against loved ones and really need to be prevented from being allowed to destroy the lives of the disabled elderly vulnerable tenants !  There are some who take great pleasure in the abuse misuse and exploitation of another's rights or if another's body , and or boundaries . 

I can not recall any other time but this where I have been completely Vexed from the misconduct of others towards my right to be left alone and not picked and pawed at like I am some type of  experiment that they are watching and making predictions as to what my next move will be - 

The property where I currently  reside is in total disarray ! Yet there are large groups of men who have been given the task of trying to make it appear as if they are in fact working on repairing the property . It's completely unacceptable -and when I  post about it publicly all I get is more stalking of the only one with enough guts to expose the truth. 

Since when did telling the truth take a back seat to those who are doing that which is being exposed ?  I mean come on folks , let's try and look at the entire matter of the complaint  

I have had very vengeful acts done repeatedly to me since this one person in particular has been on  a high-horse and has taken me as someone whom they could exploit - I guess feeling like it's acceptable to mistreat the elderly to go the extra mile to makeup fake reports i trying to somehow gain a better position in life from preying on the elderly and the vulnerable in this community . 

And ,I have some bad news for this person. Your low level - assaults on my character . I can read , and see right through . You are in the mindset of trying to make me appear as off balance as you yourself obviously actually are . after all who intentionally comes to a property to cause the  most elderly disabled tenants  to suffer hardships and be forced to live at a level that is clearly below any acceptable level of accommodations . These people have lost their grip on what is the proper way to treat one another. Thinking that illegally watching people in what is supposed to be the privacy of their own bedroom bathroom (even them using the toilet ) and recording them as they bath and then turning the illegally attained recordings over to who ever they feel can either find fault in whatever it is that they illegally recorded without the consent of the targeted individuals .Now I don't know about you ,but last I checked it is completely illegal to record another person in the privacy of their own bed /bathroom . Period . 

I do not care what type of defense you try and make, if They do not give you consent to record them you are the one who is in fact breaking the law ! 

It is a crime to exploit another person for your own profit especially to the degree that you have been doing here where I should be able to expect a certain amount of privacy which is in my bed , my bedroom and the bathroom  if it were legal to do all of these invasions  against others Everyone would be doing it right ? Like ,I would have that same right to come to where you enjoy your own privacy and completely invade your space by watching gawking and recording each and every thing that you do right ?   

And as a woman who has made a good name for herself and has tried to the best of my abilities to treat others with respect .

 I find your acts  so offensive that I think  it's only fair to turn the tables around and expose you while you are in the act of violating me , be careful where you go because you too  might find yourself vexed and looking as if your rights are under attack because they just very well might be . 

Side note the negative bad energy that can be felt is the same energy that had been allowed to come stand over my apartment and perform witchcraft on me and my family of course without our consent , because who would ever actually agree to letting a person who practices this evil act come and try to cause harm damage and mischief in their solitude ? I know that I have never  ever practiced dark demonic anything on anyone why would I as I have always walked in the slight believing that by doing good and  trying to spread some cheer in my community that same good cheer would be returned right ? That was until I move here where They prey on you instead of praying fir you !  This too shall be brought to an end as I am calling for all good people to stand up against the dark evil doings of the devil and refuse to go along with their evil plots against those who are here to lead others out of the darkness , it gets hard trying to do it all alone and I know that with all of your help we can turn around what the enemy has attempted to make seem an acceptable way of treating others   

I believe that if each of us tries to make  others lives better our own lives will also begin to improve !
